Estancia en Rías Baixas

Es un sitio muy tranquilo. La casa es acogedora y el jardín es estupendo, muy grande y cuidado. La anfitriona es muy atenta, como llegamos en domingo por la tarde, nos había dejado comida para cenar y desayunar. Hemos estado muy agusto.

Casa Moraña

Puntos a favor: Lugar, entorno, silencio Jardín Comodidad de habitaciones, ropa de cama, toallas Comunicación con propietarios Puntos a mejorar por parte de Homeaway: La casa no tiene ni congelador ni persianas con las incomodidades que esto supone sobre todo en verano. Se debería incluir en la web un punto que indique que las instalaciones básicas están disponibles. Se sobreentiende cuando la casa dispone de lavaplatos, lavadora, placa de inducción e incluso WIFI que habrá un congelador y unas persianas y lamentablemente no es así. El importe de la gestión, fianza y limpieza no es visible hasta que llega la factura. Debería de ser más transparente en este sentido. Los comentarios de Homeaway eran de 2016 y solo había 2. Metiéndote con otro nombre (casa de tía Obdulia) en Airbnb hay comentarios más recientes y no tan positivos. Convendría disponer de toda la información en Homeaway. Puntos a mejorar por parte de los propietarios: Limpieza insuficiente. Cuando te cobran por adelantado 50€ para dejar la casa limpia se sobreentiende que la entregan así. No lo estaba. Falta de cubertería y vajilla. En mi opinión harían falta más platos y cubiertos para evitar tener que poner tantas veces el lavaplatos. Las puertas no cerraban bien y aunque lo dijimos el primer día no se repararon en los 10 días de estancia.

Casa muy acogedora, limpia y decorada con mucho gusto, equipada con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Situada en un punto cerca de varios lugares de interés. Sus dueños, los teniamos cerquita para cualquier imprevisto o ajuda, gente encantadora. Totalmente recomendable.
