About this property

Farmhouse holidays in Umbria, the green heart of Italy, amongst art and nature.

The “Cuore Verde” farmhouse lies in an uncontaminated nature surrounded by medieval village and historical towns centres. The house is a 17th century rural villa with few apartments hosting from 2 to 5 persons. The villa can be hired entirely to host groups from 8 to 16 people. The villa is integrated in a wonderful natural oasis with a hill that surrounds the scenario. The property is completely fenced in making a total of 18 hectares of land, 2 km from Spello. The villa has been restored and refurbished to a very high standard apartment style property. The furniture is antique. The villa consists of three floors, the ground floor offers a large communal living room. ( photo n. 2)

Splendido!
