Bristol 1505-Awesome Views-Oceanfront-Amazing views !

FIVE STAR NUMBER ONE RATED GULF SHORES RESORT. Family friendly, this is a wonderful location for your vacation. This lovely two-bedroom, two and one half bath is located on the Club Level, exquisitely decorated and lovely accommodations with fantastic views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. All of the bathrooms have been updated. Step out onto the balcony from your master
bedroom suite to watch the sun rise over the Gulf. A king-size bed in the master and two twin beds in the second room along with a sleeper sofa in the main area complement this property. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and shower with the master including a toilet with door. All of the flooring is LVP or tile providing the highest level of cleanliness.
A fully furnished kitchen with range/oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and all the usual appliances accent the unit. The kitchen was updated in 2024 with all new appliances, granite and cabinets were refaced. The laundry room is immediately off the kitchen. This unit is located close to the elevators on the 15th floor making getting to the Condo easy and the views fantastic!

Five pools and hot tubs are available on property plus two restaurants and many other amenities. There is a fine dining restaurant and lounge with indoor and outdoor seating available. There are two gift shops and the Village Market on property where you can purchase food, drinks, beer and wine, and other sundries along with casual dining. For a snack or frozen drink by the pool, try the Tiki Bar. In addition, there is a soda fountain and delicious ice cream parlor located at the Village Mercantile.

There are regular activities for all ages on property as well as world renowned golf located immediately near by to include Kiva Dunes, The Peninsula, and Craft Farms to name only a few.

The racquet club offers challenging competition for the tennis enthusiast. Tennis Round Robins and organized tourneys are regularly scheduled.

We are members at the Club and pay a monthly fee that allows our guests to join on a daily basis for a fee payable at the Club.
The BC has announced that effective June 1st, 2023 there will be a $40 vehicle registration fee, per vehicle, per stay.
It is truly My Beach and it can be your's too!

The condo was amazing! It was clean, stocked very well and ohhh the view!!!. So many toys for kids of all ages. Lots of games in the half bath, we never pulled them out, but we saw them! My 13yr old took the 8 and 9yr olds down to the beach to walk and i sat on the patio and watched them just run and play together, it was so sweet. They are asking when we can come back and we've only been gone 24hrs. 100% amazing stay!

Fiona was easy to contact and responded quickly. She was kind and her listing is informative. The code was in my inbox well before my trip to enter the condo. The condo is wonderful!! Beds are comfy, co so is clean and nicely decorated. I stay at the Beach Club every year and this condo has been my favorite the little things matter such as plenty of extra blankets, plenty of towels including beach towels, pillows, hangers etc. the little things often forgotten about! Plenty of cookware and dishes. The washer/dryer seem new and worked great showed seem newly renovated and were perfect! I would definitely (and probably will) book again!! Highly recommend.

We had a great time and the condo was wonderful. Clean, stocked and plenty of space. Fiona was amazing to work with. The beach wasn’t to crowded especially if you walked down the beach just a little. The kids loved having multiple pools to choose from.

We stayed at this condo for 3 months & Fiona was great to work with & always available when needed. This condo is clean & has everything you need during your stay. The bed was very comfortable as well as the couch. Kitchen is well equipped with a brand new stove & has pots, pans, bowls & everything to make a full meal or bake. Great condo!!

The confo was fantastic and the owner responded to questions in less than 15 minutes. Master bed comfy I just had 2 back surgeries and no problem. AC perfect and elevator was right outside the condo door. Loved my 15th Floor views..

Absolutely the best!

This is a great condo with an incredible view! It is well furnished with comfortable furniture. We slept in the master bedroom and that mattress was great!!! The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and even a fully-stocked spice rack. The owners have loaded this condo with so many "extras", you know your comfort and convenience is their priority. We loved it and believe you will too!

Once again - a great vacation

This is our third time going to Gulf Shores for vacation and our second time staying in Fiona's condo. Thank you for all of the "extras" in the kitchen and for the superb communication with updates, etc during our stay. The extra umbrella and chairs are a wonderful bonus! Beach Club

The experience was awesome. It was peaceful and fairly quiet. Awesome views the room was really nice. Just not as clean as I thought it would be. The master bathroom was dusty and long black hair on the floors and the corners. Master bedroom headboard dusty. I would definitely stay there again. It truly was a great place.

We have been to the Beach Club several times, but never have we had such a great experience. From day one the communication with Fiona was superb. It was beautiful! The kitchen accommodations were awesome. The shower was a little rough on the feet and the guest beds were a little harder than expected but overall, the condo was perfect. We love the beach and all outdoor activities associated with the Gulf and surrounding area. We enjoy spending time together as a family and owning this condo has promoted the sharing of many memorable vacations together. We spend summers at the beach and winter's skiing.

Why they chose this property

The amount of beach and the incredible ocean views. The location of the Beach Club is away from the commercialism and we enjoy the fact that it is next door to the Bon Secours wild life refuge. The surf fishing from the beach is incredible.
