Our stay was wonderful!!! We visited the area for about 14 days. We were prospecting for future relocation. Liked the area(s) very much. Hope to return as future homeowners!
Great property to sit back and relax and view the Great Eastern Tennessee scenery. Host was very helpful and made sure that we got checked in okay and everything was to our satisfaction highly recommended.
My sisters and I enjoyed our stay l. It was the perfect place to stay while we were in towm for the International Story Telling Festival. Cozy, clean, and comfortable!
The house and property were amazing. My sons and I had a great time in this hidden gem. The house was amazing and cozy. The views of the mountains were fantastic. It snowed while we were there which just added to the beauty of the place. The hosts were amazing and kind.
It is a great place that helped us get away from the busy life. This place is on my favorites and will definitely come back in the future.
Thank you for the wonderful place.
We loved this property! The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The trail up the mountain behind the house was awesome too! Every evening we saw something else on our hikes. Bear, deer (a huge buck)! It was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely love to stay there again!

Nice place to stay
3 women stayed here, each had their own room and bed. We used this clean home as base camp for the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesboro. A little far to travel back and forth but worth it for space, amenities of kitchen, and wonderful views from the hills above the house. Owner very easy to work with
The stay was pleasant. We spent little time in the home as we went to the race both days. Nightly rate was good but I felt the processing and cleaning fees were more than I would have liked. I would stay again, very comfy and exactly what we expected.
We had an enjoyable and realxing time here. It is just as described. The land is beautiful. We went walking around the property amd saw some beautiful views. Thanks so much for sharing your home!!
Thank you for sharing your home. This property is well maintained and reminded me of staying at my family home. The rooms are spacious with a touch of history and modern updates. I would recommend for a vacation or just a weekend getaway. The views from the property are gorgeous. Morning coffee on the front porch with a view of the TN mountains or on the back deck with the birds and butterflies are a must. Would definitely rent again.
My husband, three daughters and I chose this home for its beautiful location and spaciousness. This home is extremely comfortable. We especially enjoyed having dinner on the deck. My husband and children enjoyed hiking 30 acres behind the house. This home is almost completely private. and has the most beautiful scenery off the front porch in the morning. We loved staying here. I highly recommend this home.
We choose this house based on location from the Bristol Speedway. It was about 20 mins and away from the traffic when getting back to the place.
It was such a great house. Lynn checked in with me via text the day before my actual check in. She made sure we had everything we needed.
The house is relaxing, and perfect for pur famoly of 3. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and supplied with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo.
We got up early every morning just to grab coffee and sit outside and enjoy the peaceful sound of nature. Would definitely stay there again!
We visited on the coldest week in many, many years in Tennessee. The owner was forward thinking and had the furnace checked before we arrived, and then continued to check in to make sure we were doing OK. That was a great touch!!
The house has several sitting rooms, and this allowed our family to be separate if needed -- one room to watch television, another to read or nap, and another to play games. The bedrooms were very nice and with 4 adults staying we felt like we had plenty of room.
Overall, we had a great stay and we would stay again!!

So many ameneties
This farm home is full of space for a family or group of friends to spread out and be comfortable. The setting is scenic, especially when you climb the back of the property and enjoy the views. The owners leave a lot of kitchen spices, etc. to help you avoid running to the store for a forgotten ingredient. Beds are very comfortable. We liked the new day bed this year. Owners easy to work with.
Beautiful property located on a hill with plenty of space to walk and close to the town of Elizabethton. It is true you have to walk through a bedroom to get to the back bedroom and clothes were left in the closets (that did not bother me as much as others). The only thing that I missed was a hand held shower handle and a hand hair dryer. We all enjoyed our trip to the mountains and wished we could have stayed longer and our trip was focused on finding a place in those hills. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home
We can to town for my niece’s wedding. As I began looking for homes in the area, several popped up in the area. With a quick email response from Joseph, I learned this house was 2 miles from the weeding venue. It was the perfect spot for my husband, daughter, son-in-love, and our four grandchildren. The kids LOVED sleeping in the den on the day bed and trundle bed. The accommodations were clean. The property is well kept, and it suited our needs to a tee! Thank you for opening your home and making us feel so at home! It could not have been nicer.
Nice clean place adequate supplies everything went just fine I think they may have a problem if it's snowed with that driveway but luckily we didn't get snow nice time there
