This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, 1 shower next to sauna. The property provides a BBQ, onsite Washer and Dryer. The fully equipped kitchen allows a great space for memorable family meals. This condo has it`s very own Sauna with separate shower. We provide bed linens, towels and toiletries. While staying at this wonderful property you will have access to the seasonal community recreation centre and pool. (see below Pool Rules)

Important Update !

The pool and recreation centre re-opening includes the implementation of Covid-19 requirements. Property management policy for pool access allows a maximum of 6 guests per property at any point in time and guests are required to register and book their times for pool use.

Guests will have access to the community recreation centre and seasonal pool opening in June (weekends only), July and August (7 days a week) and closes end of August.

Enjoy the short walk to Blue Mountain Village or the many trails spanning 100`s of km`s. including Bruce Trail, Georgian Trail, Kolapore Trail, and Delphi Park Trail.

Everything was good, only complaint was the barbecue needed a good cleaning, so did not use it. Facility and location were excellent.

Weekend at Blue

Wonderful property and spacious for our group of 9. Pool was simple to book and easy access to the village. Fulvio was great from the beginning.

Family Time!

We had a wonderful family weekend with our kids and grandkids. Clean comfy home with comfortable beds in each bedroom. Great location as 15 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village. Will let our friends know for sure. Thank you again!!

Family Time at Blue

Fantastic time 15 min walk to Blue Mountain village great Amenities at the Complex very quiet Area. We had a wonderful time. Landlord response very fast and really accommodating would rent again

A Nice Getaway

Location and check-in was good. We were close to shopping areas and family activities. The recreational room had many fun activities for my family. The pool was amazing! I did not like the idea of guest of 10 not being able to go in the pool at the same time. Only six people per unit allowed and we had to book each time. Beds were fairly comfortable but the bedsheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh. It was very inconvenient for the kitchen to be on the second floor. Hauling groceries and big coolers up the stairs was difficult. There were limited supplies of utensils in the kitchen. There was no can opener, pizza cutter, cheese grater, sharp knives etc. We felt a lack of privacy with the Rogers home monitoring system that used cameras. It was great to have a bathroom for each level. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I give it a four star.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to get away for a weekend. We did go for a walk into the Village but took a little longer to get there as we did not know which direction. It was much faster walk back to the rental.

Our family spent the weekend and loved how close to the Village it was. The property itself was clean and well-stocked and a very good fit for our number. The foosball table was a hit with the kids and the deck off the living area was great too.

Great location

The location was great, and it was very clean and spacious. Fulvio is the best. He is so attentive to our needs and quickly responds to our many questions. I would definitely rent the place again!

Ski getaway

The property had everything we needed, close to ski hills. It looked bigger in the pictures. Living area and kitchen was tight for the family. The property owner was great at getting back to me quickly, even though I may have emailed him a few to many times😀

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing time at Fulvio’s place. The place was clean and cozy! He was very accommodating with early check in and was quick to reply to any questions we had. It was close proximity to the blue mountain village. All the essentials we needed were there and there was enough space for our group! Would definitely come back again :)

Great Stay!

The place is lovely, it actually looks smaller in photos than it is in real life! It very comfortably slept 10 of us with extra room. There is a great walkout area outside of the bottom room to enjoy at night, the balcony is also perfect for hanging out. It had everything we needed for our stay! Condition is as shown in the photos. The thermostat worked incredibly it was nice and cool the entire time and the sauna is a very nice added feature! The only thing I would let people know is there is a camera in the back which is fine but we did not know what it was for so we covered it. We later found out it is for a security company who just detects changes but wish we would have known about it earlier so we weren't creeped out!!

Great getaway

We had such a wonderful time, it was close enough to walk to the center of blue mountain and it accompanied all 10 of us with space to spare. The communication was amazing and we will definitely consider coming back again. Thank you!

Clean and well equipped

Good place to stay. Clean and has everything needed. Only problem could be not all rooms are heated properly. So one room is super hot and others are super cold.

Our group had a great stay at Fulvio’s place. Excellent location to the village! We even walked a few times. We unfortunately had some bad weather when we were there, but we’re glad we had a nice place like this to spend some extra time in.

Great Location, Property is Tired

We were a family of six adults sharing this property for a 3 evening stay. It could have been better. Notable absence of hotel amenities. We had to pay extra for linen, which we should skipped and brought our own. What we were supplied with was not appropriate to summer temperatures - mainly heavy winter bedding - not great for hot June evenings. We were sweltering. The plastic mattress covers were no help either. Missing things included: soap and shampoo, a hair dryer, a steam iron. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment but the frying pans should have been chucked out a decade ago. Living room leather lounging furniture was noticeably frayed and covered in sheets to hide the problem. TV equipment in various rooms did not work - missing controllers, etc. We still managed to enjoy our stay as the village and the resort amenities are impressive. We golfed at the Blue Mountain resort course - very good. The owner is responsive to information needs by email or text. We didn't feel ignored, just underwhelmed by the offering. Next time we will be more careful about the choice of a rental option and we will be more attentive to reviews. . We are planning a return visit in winter for skiing.

Good stay

Pros: Patricia responded quickly to my inquiries prior to our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was good as it was a reasonable walking distance to Blue Mountain. The size of the living room was a little tight for 8 people, but the kitchen/living room is one open space so we were able to spread out. There were sufficient towels and linens provided. Three bathrooms was a bonus for that size condo. Cons: Photos on the website definitely misrepresented the condition of the torn sofa cushions. We suggest the owners replace the numerous missing venetian blind panels in the master bedroom to allow for privacy from the neighbours. Also suggest they remove the multiple plug-in air fresheners which we needed to unplug as we all found them to be offensively overpowering. The foosball table in the basement hallway was impossible to play as there wasn't enough space around it for players to stand on either side. Our check-in email was very stern and unwelcoming (for example it warned missing foosballs would result in a $5 per ball extra charge, meanwhile there were only ping pong balls). Overall our stay was fine but for the price, these deficiencies should have been taken care of.

We enjoyed Blue Mountain for years, loved location so much we decided to purchase a property.

Why they chose this property

We decided to start renovations in October, 2018 and finished renovations December 21st 2020. All beds and mattresses, toilets and vanities have been replaced. Unit has been freshly painted. Couches, washer and dryer and kitchen cabinets, flooring and table have been replaced. All carpeting has been removed replaced by wood flooring. This unit is immaculate. Enjoy!!!
