Idéalement placée, la maison offre une vue magnifique. Accès très aisé, proximité d'une petite plage, les commerces à 5 minutes. Superbe maison dans un site idyllique

Magnifique maison très lumineuse décorée avec un goût exquis, chambres et espaces de vie très beaux (même la cuisine est remarquable). La situation est parfaite, devant la petite plage, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer et l’île de Batz. On peut rester collé aux fenêtres (très grandes!) pendant des heures à regarder la mer ! Et quel calme ! Pour couronner le tout, les viviers de Roscoff sont à 150m à pieds : araignées, tourteaux, turbot vous tendent les bras. Assurément une des plus belles (la plus belle?) location dont nous ayons pu profiter, dans cette belle cité qu’est Roscoff. Les alentours également sont exceptionnels (Île de Batz, une pépite méridionale, ou Carantec par exemple). Courrez-y !

Muffig im Obergeschoss, viele Mängel

Nach den vielen positiven Bewertungen hat uns das Haus trotz der ansprechenden äußeren Erscheinung und guten Lage enttäuscht. Der Eindruck, der durch die gut fotographierten Bilder im Internet entsteht, entspricht leider keinesfalls der Realität. Besonders unangenehm aber war ein anhaltender Modergeruch im oberen Stockwerk, der trotz durchgängigem Lüften tags und nachts insbesondere im Schlafraum mit Meersicht anhielt - nicht gerade erholsam im Urlaub. Darüber hinaus ist das Haus renovierungsbedürftig (Wasserhahn im WC funktioniert nicht und ist nur eine Attrappe, alles ist leicht schmuddelig, Dusche im Obergeschoss nicht dicht...). Ein Austausch mit der Vermieterin war nicht möglich, da sie unsere Anfrage zwei Tage vor der Anreise (wegen Zugang zum Haus) nicht beantwortet und sich auch danach nicht gemeldet hat. Das Haus stand dann einfach offen, als wir ankamen. Wir würden das Haus nicht wieder buchen und wären nach dieser insgesamt wenig verbindlichen Erfahrung mit der Vermieterin auch skeptisch, ob nach einer wohl anstehenden Renovierung im Untergeschoss der Modergeruch im Obergeschoss behoben wäre.

Schönes Haus, schöner Ort

Wir (Familie mit 3 älteren Kindern) waren nun im Abstand von einigen Jahren zum dritten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus in Roscoff und wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Hauptqualität des Hauses ist die Lage und Aussicht direkt am Meer, die davor durchführende Strasse ist nur schwach befahren, viele Spaziergänger. Das Haus selbst ist grosszügig bemessen und in gutem Zustand. Im ruhigen Hinterhof (ohne Meersicht & Wind, mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestühlen, Grill) lässt sich, wenn das Bretagne-Wetter will, auch gut sein. Sehr gutes W-LAN, TV haben wir nicht ausprobiert, hängt aber auch am Kabel. Vermisst haben wir eine kleine Musikanlage (bzw. Lautsprecher für z.B. Airplay). Gut ausgerüstete Küche mit Gas-Kochfeld (mehr Licht wäre dort allerdings wünschenswert, das eine oder andere Gerät könne man vielleicht auch mal ersetzen, Tisch/Stühle sind zu gross und passen da nicht rein). Schlafzimmer/2 Badezimmer/2 WCs sind OK, die Matratzen sind teilweise fällig. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Schade, dass die als Abstellkammer verwendete Garage nicht wirklich genutzt werden kann (zugänglich nur über den Hinterhof). Die Hausübergabe ist sehr unkompliziert und basierte auf Vertrauen, hat alles bestens geklappt, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und fragt nach, wir hatten allerdings keine Wünsche offen. Die nächsten Restaurants/Bars liegen in zwei Richtungen je 100 m entfernt gleich in der Nachbarschaft (aber kein Lärm, ausser vielleicht mal am Wochenende). Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss entlang des Hafenbeckens vom Zentrum Roscoff mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, sonstige Lebensmittel, Restaurants etc.) entfernt, im Sommer fährt auch ein Gratisbus direkt vor dem Haus Richtung Zentrum. In Roscoff selbst gibt einen Casino-Supermarkt, in St. Pol-de-Léon (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) dann weitere grosse Supermärkte und im Ort auch viel Detailhandel. Dazu Wochenmärkte in beiden Orten. Roscoff selbst hat sich in den letzten Jahren positiv entwickelt, das Angebot hat sich verbessert. Viele, auch gute Restaurants, schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Weniger für eigentliche Badeferien geeignet, da kein grosser Badestrand (diese befinden sich in Nachbarorten Richtung Plouescat). Insgesamt also sehr positiv, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beurteilen wir als sehr gut.

Une vue imprenable sur la mer...

Magnifique maison très propre, très bien équipée (rien ne manque) et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Une petite terrasse très agréable à l'arrière et un petit terrain clos devant (idéal pour les enfants). De grandes fenêtres donnant sur la mer, la vue est vraiment magnifique et il n'y a que la route à traverser pour aller à la plage...
