nouvel an a rio de janeiro
nous venons de passer les fêtes de fin d année dans cet appartement nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous très confortable a deux pas de copacabana en toute sécurité (accueil très très sympa des concierges de la résidence )nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement ;-)))))

Appartement spacieux et très confortable ( nous étions 3). Parfaitement bien équipé et décoré avec gout. Idéalement situé pour découvrir Rio et la plage à 2 pas. Un rapport qualité/prix excellent: nous reviendrons!

Ich habe 10 Tage in dem A...
Ich habe 10 Tage in dem Apartment verbracht und es war für mich die ideale Wohnung bei einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Zwei Minuten zur Copacabana weniger als 10 Minuten nach Ipanema, gute Busanbindung, absolut sichere Lage, sehr nette hilfsbereite „doorman“ usw.. Sollte ich wieder nach Rio kommen, ist diese Wohnung meine erste Wahl.

"Parfait à tout point de vue: C''est la seconde fois que je loue cet appartement et il y avait encore des "plus" par rapport à la dernière fois. L''appartement n''étant pas libre pour la totalité de mon séjour, j''ai dû en louer un autre pour quelques jours: "pas mal", mais incomparable avec celui-la!
En plus les propriétaires sont très sympas et le fait d''avoir affaire à des français facilite bien les choses.
J''ai beaucoup apprécié la souplesse des horaires de check-in et check-out.
Je recommande très chaudement cette location pour son confort, son calme , sa situation géographique idéale et son rapport qualité/prix"

"Etant donné les commentaires élogieux que j''avais lus sur ce site, je m''attendais presque à être déçu!
Bien au contraire, nous avons été littéralement emballés par cet appartement qui est occupé une partie de l''année par ses propriétaires ce qui explique son exceptionnel équipement.
Ce qui m''a le plus surpris c''est de pouvoir accéder au principales chaînes de télé françaises par un biais dont je n''ai toujours pas compris le mystère...
L''équipement informatique est remarquable: 2 ordinateurs derniers cri, l''ADSL, le WIFI...
La décoration, les éclairages élaborés, l''insonorisation, la climatisation sont parfaits. La literie est impeccable.
La situation géographique est idéale pour rayonner dans Rio (bus et Métro à proximité). La plage est à moins de 50 mètres.
On se sent en totale sécurité dans cet immeuble dont les portiers agréables et efficaces assurent la sécurité 24 heure sur 24"

"Un rapport qualité/prix ...
"Un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel !
Cet appartement est idéalement situé, à 50 mètres de la plage de Copacabana et à 5 minutes d''Ipanema. Il est idéal pour rayonner vers tous les endroits touristiques de Rio en raison de la proximité de la station de bus et du métro.
La présence de portiers 24 heures sur 24 est très sécurisante, de mène que la proximité de la "delegacia" (commissariat) qui fait de cette partie de Copacabana la plus sure.
Le confort offert est largement supérieur à ce que j''avais jusqu''ici rencontré à Rio...pour un prix plus élevé! L''isolation phonique est un très gros plus. La décoration, les éclairages élaborés et de multiples détails rendent le séjour dans cet appartement particulièrement agréable.
Les propriétaires sont très ouverts, sympathiques et arrangeants.
Mon ami et moi avons été enchantés de notre choix et reviendrons sans l’ombre d’un doute.

"La plage à 50 m c''est génial!
L''appartement est super équipé et décoré avec gout. Il est très clair et surtout parfaitement silencieux (les fenêtres anti-bruit sont impressionantes!). On se sent en total sécurité et les gardiens filtrent les entrées avec efficacité. J''ai bien aimé les climatiseurs split qui assurent une fraîcheur agréable (j''ai horreur des clim qui vous gèlent les os).
Il y a réellement tout ce qui est nécessaire à un sejour très confortable: Parfait à tous points de vue."

"Mon compagnon et moi avons été enchantés, tant par la décoration que par l'équipement sophistiqué de cet appartement. La plage à 1 minute, des restos sympas tout près...et jusqu'à notre sauna favori à deux pas! La situation est vraiement idéale.
De plus, les deux propriétaires sont très friendly.... l'appartement aussi!"
