Closed to the famous cycle tour along the Loire River.This tranquil two rooms apartment is situated in the most quiet part of Orléans that goes well with any season. It is just a 10 minutes walk to go to central Orléans with the shops and restaurant.One bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen, this flat is situated in a area of the owner house. This is A non-smoking flat. No telephone line provided.The kitchen is modern, and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine and a microwave. There is also a dining table to seat two people.The bathroom is light and has shower , loo and a wash hand basin. The master bedroom has a double bed, good wardrobe space, and a chair.

Beautiful Property

My husband and I came to Orleans for our daughter's wedding. This property was perfect for our stay and Pasquale was the perfect host. We will stay here again if visiting.

Beautiful apartment close to the city

This is a beautiful little apartment only 20 minutes easy walk to the city. Pascal is very friendly and helpful and responded to any queries promptly. Be aware that the directions through VRBO take you to a property around 5 minutes away, but luckily for us Pascal came to our rescue. Would definitely rebook if ever in Orleans again.

Ausnahmslos sehr, sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung. Alles funktioniert, wie es sollte:Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank... Besonderes Highlight ist die kleine, an den Garten angrenzende Terrasse, mit Stühlen und Sesseln. Absolut ruhig und doch zentrumsnah gelegen bietet diese gemütliche, kleine Wohnung alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel

Le logement est totalement indépendant, au fond du jardin des propriétaires qui sont très discrets. Le quartier est calme mais reste proche des commodités, c'est bien simple nous avons tout fait à pied! Pour ceux qui aiment moins la marche, une station de tramway et de vélos partagés est juste à côté. Un excellent séjour à Orléans.
