Located in the vicinity of the "fools of Pria", 18 km from Llanes, quintessential tourist town east of Asturias, 10 km from Ribasedella, known by the International Descent of the River Sella and Tito Bustillo Caves, Covadonga and lakes to 40 minute drive. Also you can visit the Naranjo de Bulnes, Picos de Europa, hiking along the route of the Cares, among many others, make the canoe down the River Sella, visit nearby villages such as San Vicente de la Barquera, Cangas de Onis, the Caves Altamira and Soplao. Three beaches within 1 km of the house, Guadamía, Cuevas del Mar and the Canal. Ideal for couples and families.

Une expérience inoubliable

Nous avons passé 15 jours chez Pépé. La maison est très confortable et spacieuse. L accueil de Pépé et de sa famille très chaleureuse. Ils nous ont aidé et accompagné lorsque nous avons eu des soucis avec notre véhicule. Le secteur de Llanes est magnifique, les plages sont superbes, bien aménagées et propre. Les tarifs nous ont semblé correct et les spécialités locales délicieuses. Le seul petit bémol serait l accès à un point wifi, c est un plus lorsque l on a des ados. Les Asturies méritent vraiment d être découverte, nous avons pas mal bougé : llanes, Gigon, Congas de Onis, Bulnes et sa voisine la Cantabrie est très belle aussi: Comillas, San Vincente de la barquera, Santander.Encore merci Pépé pour ses merveilleuses vacances.Aurore et Jérôme

Superbe maison entre mer et montagne

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à La Pesa. La maison est confortable et très agréable avec une belle terrasse qui donne sur les montagnes et le trampoline pour les enfants. De nombreuses activités sont accessibles aux alentours (randonnées, belles plages, canoë etc). Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la ceuil de Pepe qui nous a offert les fruits et avocats de son jardin. L'endroit est idéal pour se reposer et se ressourcer en famille.

Angenehme Ferienwohnung in interessanter Lage

Die sehr herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter, sowie die Nähe zu vielen interessanten Ausflugszielen in Asturien haben wir sehr geschätzt. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Neben dem Wohnzimmer (mit kleinem LCD Fernseher) gibt es eine Küche, in der man essen kann und 3 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 4 Einzelbetten und einem Doppelbett, das nötigste an Küchenausstattung ist vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist vielleicht nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand, war für uns aber ausreichend (Betten kurz und hart, Wasser anscheinend keine einwandfreie Trinkwasserqualität, ausreichend Steckdosen aber nicht alle mit Schutzkontakt).

Très agréable cadre et d'un entretien irréprochable. La maison est fonctionnelle bien que tout soit à l'étage. Les propriétaires sont attentifs sans être pesants. La situation est idéale pour profiter des baignades et découvrir la région et ses coutumes. Le vélo est une bonne alternative à la voiture sur les petits chemins qui mènent aux plages.
