Suny garden with a nice little house

We had a great stay at Michels little house. The nice suny garden, with enough space for our bikes and the car made it easy and safe. We enjoyed the very quiet neighborhood aswell.

Un endroit calme et agréable

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. La maison est très bien équipée et agréable notamment avec sa petite terrasse. Le jardin a été très apprécié de notre fils. La maison est à proximité de la plage 15 minutes à pied. Des commerces sont proches comme une boulangerie. On recommande.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im bretonischen Stil in Saint-Malo

Uns hat das sehr gut eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienhaus in Saint-Malo sehr gut gefallen. Die nächsten Strände sind nicht weit, das Haus ist sehr gute gelegen für eine Erkundung von Staint-Malo und Umgebung (incl. Cancale, Mont-Saint-Michel, Dinan,etc.). Man kann sehr schön draussen sitzen und den bretonischen Sommer genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt für eine kleine Familie empfehlen.

Excellent logements

Hôte très sympathique et confiant! L'équipement de la maison est plus que complet. Quant à la situation de la maison, c'est proche de la plage et de toute commodités. Nous ne connaissions pas la région et c'est une bonne situation pour la découvrir. Encore bravo et merci !

Mr JAPHET est un hôte charmant qui reste à disposition en cas de problème puisqu'il habite à proximité, tous les éléments de confort sont présents , seul bémol en location hivernale est sans doute l'isolation des fenêtres et de la porte d'entrée qui pourrait être renforcée, sinon la maison a beaucoup de charme. à recommander

Un beau séjour

Nous avons été reçu très agréablement par le propriétaire qui nous a bien présenté la maison. Celle-ci est coquette et bien équipée (manque juste en cuisine une machine à café pour capsules). La maison est bien meublée avec une décoration harmonieuse. Bien située à 700 M de la première plage et ce qui est surtout très pratique c'est un "second" centre ville à proximité avec tous types de commerces. Chacune des chambres possède une pièce d'eau. Très pratique pour les familles. L'espace buanderie est situé dans une dépendance de la maison, ce qui est très bien pensé. Escalier un peu raide pour accéder à l'espace nuit pour les jeunes enfants ou personnes très âgés. Un parking privé est à disposition mais comme il y a de la place dans la rue, pas de souci pour se garer. Bref, un chouette séjour à Saint-Malo.

Schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schönes altes Haus, gut renoviert und ausgestattet. Prima Lage zum Meer, nach Saint Malo Zentrum zu Fuß ca. 45min...,. bis auf die sehr laute Toilette haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein tolles Familiendomizil

Ruhig wunderschöne Lage zwischen alten bretonischen Villen, sauber, 10min Fussweg zum Strand, 3 Fahrräder in der Garage, Auto kann auf abscliessbarem Grundstück geparkt werden, Küche gut ausgestattet, Vermieter sehr freundlich. Einzig Toilette hat Sogabzug und es klingt wie im Flugzeug, also ordentlich laut.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison très bien équipée et proche de la mer à pieds. Maison au calme et avec un petit jardin fermé, idéale avec des enfants en bas âge. Merci encore pour la mise à disposition de la barrière pour l'escalier, qui a assuré la sécurité de notre jeune fils.

Charmante maison avec un jardin clos agréable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison pleine de charme et bien équipée, avec nos deux enfants de 1 et 3 ans. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de poser une barrière sécurité enfant en haut de l’escalier mais cela restait un peu dangereux car l’escalier en bois est raide et le grand de 3 ans voulait monter et descendre seul. La literie d’une des chambres était de notre point de vue vraiment trop molle, nous avons dû dormir dans la 2e chambre qui avait des lits séparés. Enfin, Les wc, situés uniquement à l’etage, étaient assez bruyants (sanibroyeur) donc pas toujours pratique. Au delà de ces remarques nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à St Malo, il y a plein de choses à faire en famille.

Location conforme à la descripion donnée par le propriétaire. Maison très confortable et douillette., très bien équipée et très propre. Le plus , le petit jardin et sa terrasse avec tout ce qu’il faut pour le farniente. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
