Welcome to our charming floor-level house in Ploubalay, a haven of comfort for your getaway in Brittany. Ideally situated in a peaceful neighborhood, our house can accommodate up to 6 people, providing a warm experience for all.

- A bathroom with a bathtub, washing machine, and heated towel rail

The accommodation is equipped with wifi, a smart TV, games, and books for your relaxation.

Outside, enjoy the small garden and the private terrace at the back of the accommodation. The outdoor equipment includes a barbecue and garden furniture. At the front, two free parking spaces are available. Additional parking spaces are also available on the street.

Located in a quiet subdivision on a one-way street, our house is a few minutes' walk from shops (supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, etc.). The beaches of Lancieux are a 7-minute drive away, and the cities of Saint-Malo, Dinard, and Dinan are easily accessible in less than 20 minutes by car.
