Great view - great value

This unit is great value. It’s all original decor and true to the photos but everything was in good working order. The bed was super comfy. The view of the ocean was lovely and Terrasol Beach Resort is a perfect location - walking distance to Marina, downtown and Medano Beach.

Wonderful Stay at Terrasol 257

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at a one bedroom unit at Terrasol. Great location and charming interior decor. All the comforts of home were made available to us. We barbecued on the patio, and enjoyed wonderful sunsets on it too. Great location to walk to the Marina and surrounding areas, and return to the peace and tranquillity that is Terrasol. Can’t say enough about our experience! Would definitely stay there again (and again…..).😊

It was our first time staying on the Pacific side of Cabo. I thought I would miss swimming at Mandano Beach, but the peace and quiet at Teresol and the uncrowded pools were wonderful. The “locals’ beach” was less than a ten minute walk. We found the locals at the beach all very friendly and there weren’t any pushy vendors. We enjoyed homemade empanadas and fresh mango from the few vendors that were there. You can also rent an umbrella for $10. The water is also calmer than at Mandano and we were able to safely walk and swim all the way to Pelican Rock. The marina was a close walk from the unit and we felt very safe walking there and back even at night. We purchased a “Cabo Pasport,” which provided “two for one” on the two boat trips we took and at a number of restaurants located on the marina. We are spending our second week in Cabo at Pueblo Bonito rosé. We really miss the tranquility at Terrasol!

Amazing Ocean View and 2 Great Pools!

Very well equipped clean Condo that is spacious and a comfortable home away from home. Close to the Marina and not far from downtown. Great area to be in. Awesome ocean views. Excellent reasonably priced food and drinks at Pool bar. We’ll be back!!

Surprise getaway

My husband surprised with this quick trip and he came across the place and I was so happy. The location was perfect! The views were great! The property well maintained. The condo was perfect for us. Beds were very comfortable. So close to the marina, we walked everywhere. Also the breakfast at the poolside restaurant AMAZING!!! I would definitely come back !

The place was a great location and well maintained. The owners were very responsive to our needs and gave great suggestions and were very quick in responding to emails. I really don’t want anyone to know about this rental but I guess i will let the secret out! Just book it!

Great location and private beach

Where do I start. The room has everything you need. A kitchen, shower, dishwasher, stove, dishes, towels, washing machine and dryer, tv and view of the beach. Its on a private beach that is miles long. It has 2 swimming pools, and its a 5 min walk to the marina. At the marina there are stores and some great food. Matt, the owner, contacted me when I arrived to make sure everything was going smooth. Great condo, great owner, great location.

The complex, grounds and amenities are all beautiful and well maintained. Super friendly staff..palapa bar restaurant has delicious food and great beverages! This particular unit is well equipped with comfy bed and amazing view but is definitely in need of "some love". screen door fell off numerous times..couch and pillows a bit smelly...wouldn't take much to upgrade this roomy well layed out unit..

So Restful

My husband and I needed somewhere to rest and relax for a few days. This beautiful, clean, quiet condo was just what we needed. The condo was very comfortable with an especially comfy king size bed. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The only thing to note is that the beach is beautiful but it's not a swimming beach. The waves are huge with undertows that are not safe even for a strong swimmer. We didn't mind at all because there are two huge pools to enjoy and swim in.

Terrasol

My wife and I had a great time at this unit #257. The view is excellent. The unit was as described, although could use a little updating. We loved the palapa restaurant. The staff were very friendly. It was close to the marina, which made walking nice. We were able to eat at the other resorts next to us, Playa Grande and Grand Solmar. We were there in mid July, so it was very hot and seemed unusually humid. But the two pools helped with that. Would definitely stay again, who knows maybe next year.

Amazing!

This is a lovely 1-bedroom condo with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and a 2nd-story patio with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The owner provides everything you can think of (bring your own blow dryer, food and drink). The communication is quick and easy. Terrasol is a beautiful gated condo complex with 2 pools, one with a great swim-up bar with excellent food and cocktails. Esther at the front desk is the best and super helpful, as is everyone at Terrasol. I highly recommend this condo. While you’re in Cabo, the horseback riding on the beach is exhilarating! Thank you so much!!

Nice property in private, safe, gated community; great customer service by owner Monty

We had issues when we first arrived because the property management had not prepared the unit, despite Monty's notifying them in advance. We also had issues when we departed because property management charged us $17.50/day for service fees and union tips (?), despite Monty's reminding them that they should not be charging those fees. All that was quickly resolved thanks to Monty's very responsive efforts...he also lots of helpful recommendations about the area and he answered our questions promptly and accurately. The condo was (finally) very clean and everything worked as advertised. The king bed mattress was comfortable enough and the air conditioning units operated quietly and efficiently. There is a limited beach view, but the beach is an easy five minute stroll. The marina is about 10 minutes away. While the Terrasol condos are in between two monster resorts, we rarely heard or saw any of those visitors; the beach area has very few folks strolling around. One reason for so few humans is that the beach is on the Pacific side and swimming is not allowed because of the strong surf. Another reason is that the clean sand is soft and deep, which is a challenge for regular strolling, but provides a good workout for legs and cardio. We visit Cabo a couple times each year, and rent a car so we can travel north to Todos Santos and their enormous and empty (!) beaches, and so we can visit the beautiful beaches along the corridor between the airport (San Jose) and Cabo. I'm not sure how long those beaches will stay pristine, since there are multiple condos and resorts being constructed in the best of those beach areas. We are planning our next trip and hope to return to Monty's condo if scheduling allows.

Tranquil oasis

I didn’t realize how great this location was until after we had been there a few days. It is in a great central location but is hidden away so you feel like you are on a private beach. Very low key vibes, perfect for anyone who wants a beautiful quiet spot. The two pools were lovely. Our balcony had a view of the ocean, and we could hear the waves crashing. I would stay here again.

Hello, I am grateful to have the opportunity to share our home with you. I have been traveling to Cabo San Lucas for over 20 years. I know this property, the surrounding areas, and the ocean in this area very well. If you have any questions about the property or me do not hesitate to ask.

I am a general contractor in California and build/remodel houses all over the Northern part of this state. I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master's degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. Although I do enjoy both accounting and coaching young athletes into successful adults - I cannot ignore my desire to work outside and create projects on a larger scale than possible in an office or on a field.

Terrasol has been in our families hearts for nearly 40 years - this property has been in our family going on 25 years. Growing up in this area was a blessing and I hope to share that experience with you all.

Why they chose this property

Terrasol #257 is a wonderful, southwestern style abode inside of an even more beautiful resort.

I have been personally transforming this property to be the most inviting unit in the resort. I have brought culturally complimentary colors to a resort that has stayed fairly stagnant over the last few years. By upgrading my units appliances, aesthetics, and available space to renters I have transformed this unit into a vacationers paradise. I look forward to maintaining that southern appeal while updating areas to be more efficient, aesthetic, and functional for our guests.

What makes this property unique

It may not be a big difference from the outside looking in, but this unit is one of the only remaining units with Mexican style tiles. These tiles are highly valued by many of the owners in the complex and finding them is next to impossible. Just one more gem that separates this home from others in the surrounding area.
