Noble materials: clay, wood and lime. Warm and well decorated. Fireplace.
Lounge / living room with sofa and kitchen, laundry and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and bathroom WC.
Goodies: Beds made on arrival. WiFi.
Enclosed garden of 300m2 with private pool aboveground 4. 60m in diameter and 1. 20 deep, heated by solar panel, secured with the removal of the scale. Portico.

Bonnes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille. Les positifs : Accueil très bon. L'extérieur avec la piscine et ses équipements. Les propriétaires s'occupent de l'entretien de la piscine donc rien à faire !! Les lits sont faits à l'arrivée. Pour le negatifs, au vu du prix la propreté n'est pas suffisante, les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieux et abîmés. Le gîte mériterait un coup de jeune.

Peaceful location, perfect for unwinding and a relaxing break

Property was as described, friendly owner who cleaned the pool early each morning. Pool was perfect for cooling off and sun loungers perfect for relaxing. Only thing missing was fans - probably not normally needed by we did have 6 days of over 33 degrees and bedrooms were hot! Closing shutters did help though! Garden good size and great to use bbq. Kitchen well equipped. We didn’t find much happening in nort sue erdre except the supermarket and bakery but we liked Suce Sur erdre just 10 minutes further on where there was boat and Kayak hire and a lovely river front restaurant called patio. Would recommend a day in Nantes (loved it there especially following the green line), a walk along the canal to the locks and a walk along the other canal to les arcades.

Verouderd en niet goed onderhouden huis. Zwembad was wel oke

Overal stofnesten en spinnenwebben. Huis was niet proper. Jammer en hebben dan maar zelf gekuist. Keuken en woning zijn verouderd. Harde matrassen. Huisje is charmant op voorwaarde dat men het eens grondig poetst en nieuwe keuken voorziet. Enkel zwembad was in orde. Gelukkig hadden we warm weer en hebben we van de tuin en zwembad kunnen genieten.

Très belle semaine passée dans ce gîte plein de charme, dans le calme de la campagne et égaillez par quelques cris d'enfants (les nôtres, jouant dans la piscine !). On reviendra, cet été même peut être !

Semaine reposante et agréable en famille. Les enfants ont apprécié la balançoire et nous les promenades dans la jolie campagne en ce début de printemps
