Mega Pool

Wir waren mit 3 Kids und 8 Erwachsenen 1Woche zu Besuch. Sehr viel Platz und ein riesiger Pool im Haus. Genial bei dem schlechten Wetter das wir hatten. Im Wohnraum ein wenig Renovierungsbedarf. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut für dieses Haus in der Nähe von Prag. Uns hat es im Ganzen sehr gut gefallen. Danke.

La maison est tres fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'activités pour les enfants. Elle est dans un petit village pas trop loin de Prague en voiture. Nous avons visiter Prague sur plusieurs jours, Kutna hora, Konopice. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de la Tchequie

Urlaub bei Prag

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub! Das Haus könnte etwas Renovierung hier und dort vertragen... Aber der Pool war super! Es gibt 5 Zimmer: 2 für 2 Personen, eins mit drei Einzelbetten und 2 große Zimmer - mit Doppelbett und Babybetten. Uns hat es gefallen- vielen Dank...

Das Haus entsprach unserer Vorstellung ,aber.....

Wir wurden freundlich Begrüßt .Es wurde uns alle gezeigt und erklärt .Aber wir mussten das Geschirr noch einmal abwaschen ,Hundehaare und Schmutz .Die Bettlaken und Handtücher haben wir auch noch einmal gewaschen ,da sie nicht so sauer waren .Gut das ein Trockner da war .Ein Abend mussten wir frieren ,aber die Heizung wurde an nächsten Tag richtig eingestellt .Das Haus ist voll in Ordnung .Kein Luxus ,aber doch gut .Die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß ,jeden Tag wurde der Pool genutzt .Die Lage vom Haus ist ganz gut .Obwohl das Haus an der Straße liegt ,ist es doch sehr ruhig .Wir sind sehr viel gelaufen und es wurden auch einige Ausflüge gemacht ,Schlösser ,Tierpark usw. Wir waren mit 10 Personen ,Kinder ,Enkelkinder und einen Hund im Haus und man konnte sich auch mal gut bei der Hausgröße aus den Weg gehen .Noch einmal würden wir das Haus nicht nehmen .Denn 1800 Euro und dann noch 300 Euro anschließt für ein schmutziges Haus ,ist doch ein wenig viel .

Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Der Preis entspricht der Qualität und Anzahl der Personen. In Ihrem Fall haben Sie mir nur 150,- Euro/Person/Woche bezahlt und das ist sehr günstig für die Qualität der Immobilie. Was Sie zusätzlich bezahlt haben, ist die Vermittlungsprovision. Das Haus wird immer sorgfältig gereinigt, was für zwei Personen 6 Stunden dauert. Sie hatten keine Bemerkungen bei An- oder Abreise, was Sie mit Ihrer Unterschrift bestätigten.Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden immer in einer professionellen Wäscherei gewaschen. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist Standard und entspricht der Anzahl der Personen, die das Haus mieten. Das Geschirr wird in einer hochwertigen Spülmaschine gespült. Wenn etwas schlecht gespült ist, kann es wieder in die Spülmaschine, außerdem entspricht Ihr Stromverbrauch den heutigen Marktpreisen. Leider hat man die Temperatur im Pool auf 35 Grad geregelt und das ist wirklich viel. Sie haben auch die Temperatur in den Schlafzimmern auf etwa 22 Grad überhitzt. Die Sauna ist für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder geeignet. Sie haben auch meine Tischtennisplatte zerstört und ich habe Ihnen diesen Schaden nicht in Rechnung gestellt. Sie erhielten einen Gesamtrabatt von 100 Euro für Stromverbrauch und von Ihnen verursachte Schäden!!! Sie können Ihren Aufenthalt auch ohne Gebühren 4 Stunden früher beginnen. Ihnen standen 50 kg Brennholz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Sie hatten einen komplett vorbereiteten Grill mit Holzkohle gratis und 20 Liter Premium-Wasser gratis dazu. Sie haben 5 Liter Premium-Bier geschenkt bekommen. Sie haben wirklich viel bekommen, aber vielleicht hat es Ihnen nicht gereicht...

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Das Haus war schön groß! Perfekt für unseren Familien und Freunde Urlaub. Besonders der Pool hat den Kindern gefallen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super und er war immer erreichbar wenn wir ihn brauchten.

Wir waren herzlich Willkommen im haus und der Vermieter hat und alles schrittweise erklärt. Die Kinder haben sich sehr gefreut da es noch PlayStation im haus gab und wifi Sehr sauer alles und man hat alles im haus drin es ist ca. 40 min von prag entfernt mit auto gab kein Problemen Wir kommen bald wieder danke

Goed verblijf!

Het is een perfecte woning voor een grote groep met alles erop en eraan. Sommige dingen zijn wel wat verouderd en aan vervanging toe, maar over het algemeen is het prima. Het enige echte minpunt was dat het niet helemaal schoon was toen we aankwamen. Contact verliep soepel en naar tevredenheid, het uitchecken ging ook soepel.

Viele Möglichkeiten im Prager Umland

Wir hatten hier ein sehr nettes Familienwochenende mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern und empfehlen das Haus gern weiter! Prag ist innerhalb einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar - entweder direkt oder über Park and Ride. Das Haus samt Einrichtung (Möbel) hat schon ein paar Jährchen auf dem Buckel, ist aber insgesamt in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegengittern ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die Betten waren sauber und frisch bezogen (Bettwäsche Polyester). Kopfkissen: groß weich 80x80 cm. Für jedes Bett ist eine zusätzliche Decke vorhanden. Handtücher sind in allen Größen ausreichend, wenn auch nicht übermäßig viele, vorhanden. Föhn ist da. Wlan funktioniert im ganzen Haus gut. Den Pool hatte der Vermieter zwar gesäubert aber aus Rücksicht auf unsere Kinder mit sehr wenig Chlor versetzt, was dazu geführt hat, dass er zunehmend gemüffelt hat. Das Wasser haben wir als nicht sehr klar und sauber empfunden - daher ein Stern Abzug (als einziger Grund). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, spricht gut Deutsch und war sehr bemüht, uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Weitere Beschreibung: Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eines mit drei Einzelbetten, zwei Gitterbettchen in zwei der Zimmer, drei (oder alle vier?) Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Doppelwaschbecken, außerdem ein separates kleines WC-Räumchen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schlafcouch und Gitterbettchen sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken. Ebenfalls im EG eine große gut ausgestattete Wohnküche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher/Konsole und Balkon. Im Keller gibt es einen Hobbyraum mit Tischtennis, Billard und Tischfußball, einen fensterlosen Raum mit großem Fernseher/Konsole, Karaoke, außerdem eine Sauna, ein Swimmingpool, Dusche und WC, sowie Zugang zum Garten über eine Terrasse. Im Garten ein kleiner Spielplatz (Schaukel, Rutsche, Sandkasten), Fußballtor und Basketballkorb sowie eine mini Minigolfanlage :) eine Stelle für Lagerfeuer und ein kleiner Teich.

Haus war wie beschrieben. Pool Sauna hat alles funktioniert. Platz ist ohne Ende. Waren auch kurz in praag da nicht weit entfernt. Würde auf jeden Fall Geld an der Grenze tauschen da Vorort keine Möglichkeit vorhanden. Preis Leistung top

Schicke Villa!

Ein sehr schönes Haus! Wir sind sehr zufrieden und froh, dass wir in diesem Haus unser Urlaub verbringen durften. Es gibt alles, was man sich wünscht. vor allem den Kids hat es super gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Wir empfehlen es weiter. Das nächste mal nur in diesem Haus.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand und ist dreckig.

Hier wird versucht mit einem alten dreckigem Haus Geld zu machen. Am Ende wurde noch der Verbrauch an Strom in Rechnung gestellt obwohl bei Buchung als Inklusivleistung angegeben. Da ich mich geweigert habe diese Zahlung zu tätigen, wurde kurzerhand die Kaution nicht zurückgebucht. Liege bis heute noch im Rechtsstreit. Urlaub sieht anders aus.

Es gibt immer kleine Probleme, aber ich versuche, sie sofort zu lösen, nachdem der Kunde benachrichtigt wurde. In Ihrem Fall gab es leider ein Missverständnis über die Energierechnung, die ich Ihnen erklärte und mit der Sie einverstanden waren. Sie wurden auch gewarnt, dass Sie keine Hundegebühr bezahlt haben. Das habe ich von Ihrer Kaution abgeleitet. Das staatliche Eigentum: Dieses Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist auf sehr gutem Niveau und ist erhalten. "We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. Huis was goed in orde, alles aanwezig om er een schitterende vakantie van de maken.Omgeving is perfekt. Ideaal voor uitstappen naar Praag. Zwembad is mooi alleen jammer dat gedurende de gehele veertien dagen verwarming van het zwembad kapot was. Enkel voorlaatste dag gerepareerd. Bijgevolg hebben wij maar één dag kunnen genieten van een warme plons !!!!"
