Beautiful bright villa in privileged area of ​​Lorgues

In a setting set back from the main roads while being close to the city center (3 minutes by car and 12 minutes on foot) our house will seduce you with its beautiful light, its calm and its furniture.
The villa has:
* 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with high-end bedding
* A large 10m x 5m swimming pool open from April to October (unheated)
* an outdoor terrace of 100 m2
* a 1200 m2 garden with beautiful trees

The house is located 40 km from the Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte Croix, 45 minutes from the beaches of Fréjus, Saint Raphael and Sainte Maxime, 1 hour from Marseille, Aix en Provence and Nice.

The house is located a few minutes walk from the forest of Sainte Féréole where you can take beautiful walks or for the more athletic enjoy a fitness trail.

We really appreciated the secure parking.The location was perfect very quiet and relaxing but with-in walking distance of Lorgues which has a plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The villa and pool exceeded our expectations, would definitely recommend this property

A brilliant property in an amazing location

We loved the spacious property with a large pool and very comfortable terrace area, Lorgues is a great town with a series of wonderful restaurants and an authentic feeling of Provence.

Nice villa

Hi, we liked our stay. The villa is in a very quiet area but close to the town centre. Pool was well maintained, kitchen full of appliances and equipment. Bedrooms were comfortable and the aircon was good. Would stay here again - thought it was very good value for Provence.

The kitchen equipment is good. The host responses very quickly on questions. The road to the house is a bit steep. That could be a problem when you have difficulty walking

Very nice stay

Property was very good, well equipped and very peaceful location. The pool had a fair bit of muck in the bottom making it appear quite dirty and the lawn was very overgrown. To be fair, lots of flowers from the bushes fall into the pool… Lorgues is really nice and we were lucky enough see the ‘terrace music festival’ on our last evening. As we Ashe Bruce-a-brac market… Would happily return!

Fabulous

This really is a superb villa in a beautiful and relaxing location. Communication with the host was quick and easy, as was the arrival process. The amenities were excellent and met all of our needs. The pool is very well maintained and perfect for family use. It’s a short walk down to the town, but a fairly steep walk back up. I did some cycling during our stay, for which again the villa is a perfect start point. Lorgues is a very pretty and welcoming town. I would certainly recommend!

Great house in great location

We loved our stay in this Nice house in Lorgues. Check in and check out was easy and the person who met us there was very welcoming. The owners also gave us helpful information when needed during our stay. We appreciated that there were some basic things like salt, sugar, spices, olive oil, a bit of coffee, soap etc in the kitchen. We were a family group of six persons, and everyone felt at home and had enough space to relax. We loved the beautiful pool and the outside area. Aircondition in all four bedrooms was really nice during the heat wave. Good beds. It was a ten-fifteen minute walk down to beautiful Lorgues, and we went there to get fresh bread and pastry every morning. We also had lunch and dinner there several times. Short drives to many lovely wineries and other villages. We would definitely recommend a stay at this house. Thank you.

Très grande maison, lumineuse, propre et bien conçue avec une cuisine très bien équipée. L'emplacement est idéal à mi-chemin entre la mer et le Verdon, nous avons pu visiter de magnifiques villages. De superbes vacances entre retraités.

Das Haus entspricht vollkommen den Bildern auf FeWo-direkt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Der Außenbereich ist schön gestaltet, es gibt eine Vielzahl von Sitzmöglichkeiten. Leider war die Poolpumpe während unseres Aufenthalts defekt, so dass wir insoweit leichte Einschränkungen hinnehmen mussten. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Lorgues sehr schön.

Très bon séjour

Maison fonctionnelle, propre, nous étions 9 (avec un enfant de 2ans) aucun problèmes d’équipements! L’espace extérieur est grand et agréable. Parfait pour un séjour en famille. Les proprios sont joignables et réactifs! Tout à proximité, 15 min à pied du centre ville avec restaurants… (mais attention le chemin à pied peut être difficile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite)

Aangenaam groot huis, ideaal voor 2 gezinnen met eigen privacy. Rustig gelegen, wandel afstand van centrum. Internet is zééér traag, goed als je wil afkicken maar niet ideaal voor telewerk. Huis, keuken is goed uitgerust.

Wunderschönes Haus. Toller Pool, gemütliche Sitzeecke und ein schattiger Essensplatz. Eine großartige Küche, die wirklich alles hat, was man zum Kochen braucht. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern funktioniert einwandfrei und leistet einen wichtigen Job. Allein der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus ist etwas schwierig. Mit einem großen Familienauto muss man aufpassen, dass man nirgendwo anstößt.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au sein de cette très belle maison et dans cette sublime région. Grâce aux photos sur le site, nous nous sommes bien imaginé la maison qui correspondait tout-à-fait à l'arrivée. La piscine est bien grande et très agréable. La maison dispose de 4 grandes chambres, elles aussi très agréables. Les propriétaires ont spontanément pris contact avec nous avant notre départ et la remise des clés à l'arrivée s'est très bien passé. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre passage et recommandons vivement cette belle maison.

Großartige Unterkunft!

Wir (6 Personen) haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr geräumig, besonders geschätzt haben wir die großzügige, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wohnzimmer und im Außenbereich. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, mit schöner Vegetation. Die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig und es gibt einen Fußweg, auf dem man das Zentrum von Lorgues in 12 Minuten erreichen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten - alles in allem eine Top-Empfehlung!

Unseren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus haben wir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse und war sehr ruhig. Wir waren als zwei Paare dort. Jedes Paar hatte seinen eigenen Bereich. Im Erdgeschoss 2 Zimmer und eigenes Bad/WC, im Obergeschoss das gleiche. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Geschirr und diverse Lebensmittel.brauchte, genügend

Ruim huis in rustige buurt

Wij verbleven twee weken met ons gezin van 5 personen in dit vakantiehuisje. We hadden een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Je komt er echt tot rust en het huis is heel praktisch en ruim. De keuken is hyper ingericht, aan alles is gedacht. Zeer grote frigo en diepvriezer, een grote meerwaarde! Bedden zijn goed en de airco in alle slaapkamers was welgekomen gezien de hitte de eerste dagen. Het huis zou hier en daar wat opfrissing kunnen gebruiken alsook het zwembad maar in het algemeen goed onderhouden. Groot voordeel is ook de nabijheid van het centrum van Lorgues, slechts 20 minuutjes wandelen. De grote markt op dinsdag is een aanrader! We hebben genoten van ons verblijf, prijs kwaliteit dik ok. We raden dit huis aan voor wie rust zoekt en toch op korte afstand wil verblijven van leuke dorpjes en bezienswaardigheden!

Une semaine au calme à Lorgues

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à Lorgues dans cette maison très fonctionnelle avec piscine. Elle permet d’être au calme et de profiter également des loisirs proposés sur la côte varoise. La ville est vraiment belle. Nous avons apprécié les commerces et le marché. Je recommande!

Une maison dans laquelle on a de l'espace. Transats, chaises en suffisance. Tres calme

Tolle 4 Wochen in der Provence und in diesem Haus

Wir waren mit wechselnder Belegung insgesamt 4 Wochen in Lorgues und hatte mit diesem Haus die richtige Wahl getroffen! Die Ausstattung von Zimmern, Wohnraum und Küche ist optimal, die Matratzen in den Betten sind offensichtlich relativ neu und qualitativ gut, das Equipment in der Küche perfekt und spricht dafür, dass die Eigentümer selbst immer wieder Zeit in diesem Haus verbringen. Dank bestem Wetter konnten wir uns ständig im großzügigen Garten und Poolbereich aufhalten. Wer die Ruhe des Hinterlandes der Côte d'Azur vorzieht, dem können wir dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen!
