Im Grunde wussten wir, was wir bekommen und haben es bewusst so ausgewählt. Objekt war sauber, jedoch sind einige Sachen (1 Vorhang, Rolladen, Ventilator,) defekt, bzw. ziemlich alt (Betten und Geschirr). Die E-Geräte waren ok, zum Teil auch neu (Kühlgerät). Der Balkon mit seiner Aussicht macht vieles wett. Jedoch ist die Brüstung auf der linken Seite nicht mehr sicher. Die Mietpreise sind ja günstig, aber auch dem geringen Standard angemessen. Die Vermieterin ist nett und zuvorkommend.

El apartamento está bien, limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación y las vistas increíbles... No tiene parking aunque por la zona se encuentra fácil aparcamiento... Repetiremos porque han sido unos días estupendos

No conociamos Benicarlo y nos ha encantado , el apartamento está en un una zona estupenda , muy buenas vistas , a un lado la playa de cantos rodados super tranquila y muy recomendable (imprescindible calzado de agua), al otro una más familiar pero también más bulliciosa. El apartamento admite mascotas y hemos podido viajar con nuestros dos perros , un buen añadido para recomendar este apartamento y a su propietaria.

Encantadores.Ha sido un placer tenerles como huéspedes, y han dejado el piso igual de limpio que estaba. Ningún problema con las mascotas.

Unas huéspedes encantadoras, siempre quieres que tus huéspedes se sientan bien en tu casa, y con ellas también yo he estado a gusto. Me ha dejado el piso tan limpio como yo lo había dejado.
