Wonderful hiking holiday with plenty of intermediate rest

For those who want peace: beautiful, quiet apartment in the mountains. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The friendly hostess, Martine is always in for a chat and provides you with any info about Corsica if desired. Distance to Corte 20 minutes. Route Mare a Mare (orange) runs right past the house for those who love challenging hiking. In the area are more beautiful challenging walks to make such as in the Valley of the Restonica (The route to the starting point of the hike is about 15 km from Corte and is already an adventure by car. The way up is only narrow so getting oncoming traffic is difficult. Most of them go up in the morning and back in the afternoon) and the Valley of Tavignanu. Also climbing the Santa Petrona (starting point Col de Padre) is highly recommended for the slightly more experienced hiker without fear of heights. Thank You Martine for our very pleasant stay!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der hübschen Ferienwohnung. Ja, man fährt 20 Minuten nach Corte, dafür ist es ruhig und erholsam in dem kleinen Dorf und Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr sehr sauber! Küchengeräte und Kochgegenstände sind reichlich vorhanden und für die kälteren Herbsttage gibt es eine Heizung. Im Garten kann man gut entspannen und mal wirklich abschalten. Wer dem Alltag nicht ganz entfliehen kann dem steht Wifi zur Verfügung (jedoch nur außerhalb der Wohnung im Garten). Martine ist eine reizende Gastgeberin, hilfsbereit und sehr ortskundig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

A dreamlike holiday home in a dreamlike village

We stayed in July/August 2016 for two weeks in the beautiful holiday home of Madame Vigeant. The flat was very beautiful, clean and practical! Madame Vigeant is a very nice and helpful landlady (we arrived after 24h travel and she gave coffee, bread and other helpful things to us :)). The view on the landscape around the holiday home is beautiful and you can find lots of hiking ways (he route "Mare e Mare" is directly next to the house). To the city of Corte you drive by car round about 15-20 minutes. There is also a big supermarket. To the beach you drive round about 60 minutes but it's worth it! We were glad to stay at this beautiful place and are sure that it won't be the last time :) Kind regards, Lena & Yannic

"Das Apartment sowie die ...

"Das Apartment sowie die zauberhafte und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin haben uns voll und ganz überzeugt. Die Wohnung/en des Corsica Monti ist/sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen und einen schönen Urlaub in den Bergen verbringen. Die tolle Wohnung ermöglicht gemütliche Abende mit toller Aussicht und einer super ausgestatteen Küche. Bei jeglicher Bitte ist Martine immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite; sei es nun Kinderspielzeug, ein Laufstall, frisches Gemüse oder ein Baguette, da es nicht mehr zu einem Einkauf gereicht hat. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder. Merci beaucoup Martine! bisou"

"Sehr saubere, freundliche, helle Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Schöner Balkon zur Ostseite, perfekt zum Frühstücken in der Sonne. Sehr hochwertige Küchenausstattung! Freundliche und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Bis Corte und damit auch bis zu den nächsten Geschäften (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants usw.) knapp über 15 Minuten Autofahrt über schmale und etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Serpentinenstrassen, also lieber das Baguette auf Vorrat kaufen und einfrieren als sich auf ein frisches Baguette jeden Morgen freuen. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen!"
