Emplacement idéal vue mer, commerce de proximité juste en dessous et restaurants, plage a 200m, 40min a pied du centre ville de sete en longeant le littoral ou 10min en bus. parking et ascenseur. Conforme au descriptif.

Excellente impression générale. Le rapport qualité/prix est satisfaisant. On pourrait souhaiter la wi-fi, mais la 5G est excellente (à prévoir dans votre forfait si vous vous servez d'internet). La climatisation serait un plus, mais le prix ne serait pas le même non plus... La magnifique vue sur la mer est un atout considérable, ainsi que le garage individuel (large et facile d'accès)

Appartement bien situé, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, le garage est un plus. Tout peut se faire à pied, un plus aujourd'hui ! L'appartement est bien équipé, la terrasse fermée permet de profiter de la vue, de manger même quand le vent souffle. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, avec une communication fluide avec les propriétaires, merci beaucoup. On reviendra avec plaisir. Jeanette & Pascal

Nous connaissions l'endroit et y retournons avec plaisir, la vue nous incite à séjourner dans la logia tant la vue sur la mer est plaisante. Le garage est vraiment un plus surtout si vous emportez vos vélos. de nombreux commerces à proximité et certains ouverts même hors saison.

Vue mer et les jouteurs !

Bon emplacement ! Génial pour plage et balade à Sète en bus. Très calme et bien orienté pour les grosses chaleurs. Petit bémol sur le ménage en particulier pour le sol et nous n'avons pas trouvé la poubelle ! Nous avons dû réparer le canapé lit avant utilisation et trouvé plusieurs verres fêlés. La douche serait peut-être à améliorer. Dernier detail à préciser, que la boîte à clef se trouve au 3eme étage, mais les voisins sont sympas. Le garage est un vrai plus ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir vraiment .

Emplacement idéal et très calme mi juin juste dommage pour la météo. Il manque juste le mode d'emploi wu four et aucun plat qui ne va au four?! Appartement très agréable je recommande
