La maison correspond parfaitement à la description, très propre, fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Elle est extrêmement bien située, à 5 min à pied d'une superbe plage, 5 min d'une boulangerie/traiteur et petit commerce, et à 15 min à pied de l'ile Rousse par la promenade en bord de plage. Martine et son conjoint nous ont très bien accueillis, ce sont des hôtes agréables, de bon conseils, disponibles qui se sont adaptés à nous avec bienveillance.Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, et nous envisageons déjà d'y revenir !

Notre séjour a été magnifique! La maison est grande, propre, parfaitement équipée, très calme mais proche des plus belles plages de la Corse. Merci à Martine et à son mari pour l'accueil chaleureux et pour la disponibilité ! Nous avons profité de l'ombre du majestueux olivier centenaire qui se trouve dans le jardin, c'était un coin magique ! Nous conseillons 100% cette maison merveilleuse et on espère y retourner bientôt !

Spacious, functional, comfortable, very clean, and well-maintained house. We had some issues with the air conditioning, but Martine, who was very kind and helpful, immediately addressed them. The location is very convenient to the (wonderful) beach, a small supermarket, and a café/bakery. It's also close to a convenient and scenic path for walking the dogs. Recommended!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison idéalement placée

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison à quelques minutes à pied de la plage de l'Île-Rousse, très proche aussi d'une boulangerie, d'un traiteur et d'une supérette. Les photos sont très fidèles à la réalité. Très bons échanges avec l'hôte.

Schönes geräumiges Haus

Wir haben unsere Zeit in dem liebevoll gestaltetem Haus sehr genossen. Der Empfang von Martine war sehr herzlich, auch wenn die Kommunikation perfekt war. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist jedoch nicht neu und ein paar Sachen hatten auch schon mal bessere Tage (Geschirrspüler). Aber alles in einem kommt man gut zu recht. Die Umgebung war perfekt mit dem Bäcker und kleinem Geschäft gleich nebenan und dem fußläufig gut zu erreichenden Strand. Das Grundstück ist groß und perfekt für Kinder zum Spielen, aber auch zum relaxen.

Great house for a family stay.

Great place to spend the holiday. Would definitely book again. Lots of space and great garden. We were there with our family: 2 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. There is more than enough space for everyone. The house and kitchen fully equipped with more than everything that you need during a holiday. Charming old-styled interior. The walk to the beach is short and the bakery/shop close-by are ideal. l'Ile Rousse is within walking distance as well. We think the advertisement needs better pictures because the house is better than the pictures!

Vacances en Corse du Nord

Nous avons visité la Corse du Nord depuis cette villa agréable et idéalement placée. La première plage est à 300m à pied et les environs sont accessibles à moins d’une heure (désert des Agriates, Calvi, Corte, Saint-Florent, Bastia). Nous recommandons vivement cette résidence, d’autant que l'hôte Martine est très gentille et de bons conseils.

Emplacement idéal

Séjour au top !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Monticello, la maison est idéalement placée, très bien équipée, spacieuse et très agréable. La climatisation dans toutes les pièces est très appréciable en été ! Nous avons également pu profiter des repas sous l'olivier centenaire du jardin, de l'accès rapide à la plage (5 min à pied), de la douche extérieure et des commerces (2 min à pied) ! La propriétaire est adorable, très prévenante et à l'écoute, un grand merci :-) Nous reviendrons très certainement !

Un séjour au top

Maison extrêmement agréable et très propre, super bien placée pour faciliter les visites. Martine est charmante, elle donne des informations pour les coins à ne pas louper. Nous avons apprécié de manger sous le magnifique Olivier de 600ans. Nous recommandons cette maison. Vous ne regretterez pas. Hâtes de revenir. Merci encore Martine.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren Ende August mit vier Kindern dort. Der Urlaub hat uns allen sehr gefallen! Das Haus ist geräumig, die Küche sauber und gut ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Esstisch unter einem alten Olivenbaum im Garten. Die Vermieterin hat uns mit korsischen Spezialitäten empfangen, auch mit Tomaten aus dem eigenen Garten, und kam mit meinem eingerosteten Französisch super zurecht. Vielen Dank! Die Nähe zum Strand, zur Stadt und zum Bäcker ist ein echtes Plus, man kommt zu Fuß überall hin. Die Straße ist allerdings wegen des Durchgangsverkehrs nicht ganz ruhig - ein kleiner Wermutstropfen. Insgesamt jedoch klare Empfehlung!

A nice week

A nice place, easy access to the beach and the town , and a very nice bakery nearby. Some trafic noise though. We appreicated the bench/table under the olive tree.

3 semaines de rêve!

Tout est dans le titre! Maison idéalement placée, bien équipée, calme, propre et agréable. La climatisation est silencieuse et très efficace. Nous nous sommes immédiatement senti chez nous. Martine, Tony et Jessica ont été réactifs avant notre arrivée et aux petits soins pdt notre séjour. L’exterieur de la maison a également été un vrai plus, nos enfants aussi été ravis. Il y a une plage à 5 minutes à pied de la maison avec plage privée, restaurant (très bon avec une équipe top!), glaces,... Énorme plus, une boulangerie, un traiteur et une épicerie (tous les trois de qualité) viennent d’ouvrir au bout de la rue (1 minute à pied!). Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve!

Maison de vacances idéale pour une famille

Wunderschöne Wohnung - sehr freundliche Vermieterin

Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Wir wurden von Martine sehr freundlich begrüßt - der selbstgebackene Kuchen war köstlich! Das Haus sah genauso aus, wie es in der Anzeige beschrieben wurde - die Ausstattung war bestens, so dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders genossen haben wir den schattigen Sitzplatz unter der alten Olive ! Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen - über einen kleinen Pfad gelangt man innerhalb kürzester Zeit an einen schönen Sandstrand mit türkisblauem Wasser. Ebenso kann man Ile Rousse in ungefähr einer Viertelstunde zu Fuß erreichen. Wir können Martine als Gastgeberin und ihr Haus als Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Que du bonheur !

Nous avons loué cette maison pour la 2ème fois car nous en gardions un très bon souvenir. Cette propriété est parfaitement située : on accède à la plage par un petit chemin en quelques minutes à pieds, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous ne prenions la voiture que pour visiter les alentours. Et là encore, cette maison est idéalement placée pour visiter les superbes villages de Balagne. La propriétaire est d'une gentillesse extrême. Merci encore pour tout !

Magnifique séjour

De très belles vacances dans cette maison pleine de charme, pratique et accueillante. A deux pas de la mer, 10 de l'Ile Rousse et 20 des petits villages environnent, cette maison est parfaite pour profiter de la beauté de la Corse.
