Our experience not so good as others

We saw only nine’s or ten’s in the review. Well, that is not our experience. We were there in the last week of september. Sitting on the balcony has no privacy and the view is not good. The appartment is situated on the wrong site of the building

Schönes Appartement

Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung. Man kann zu Fuß alles nötige erreichen, wie z.B. Supermarkt und Strand. Positiv ist auch, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt und das Auto so nicht auf der Straße stehen muss. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und kein Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschrank.

Unsuitable during summer months

We rented this for 7 nights in July 2024 and left 24 hours later because it was unbearable to be in there. It was 31 degrees inside, and there was no way to relax, sleep well, or feel like we were on holiday. Hotel we moved to said this happens often Before arriving, I realized the apartment didn’t have air con. I did not think a holiday rental in the south of France would lack air con. I emailed Alexandra about it before arriving, and she said, “the apartment is on the north side. Not a selling point in winter but definitely in summer. It is not so hot in the apartment but nevertheless there are several fans in the apartment.” I felt reassured by this. Positives: The apartment is conveniently situated for exploring the area. The pool is big and has a nice view. -Alexandra responds quickly . - The terrace is nice for eating on. Negatives: - **Heat**: The apartment is unbearably hot. My partner doesn’t get too hot easily, and she was also sweating all the time in there. It was impossible to feel comfortable, it was 31degrees in there & impossible to look nice to go out due to sweatiness. I come from a family of electricians & had concerns about the safety of the electrics - overuse of extension leads. Putting two fans on in bedroom stopped the lights from working even when plugged back in as before It smells of damp due to fans not working in bathroom and toilet. Dirty under the bed which we discovered when trying to make the lights work again. ONLY STAY IN WINTER

Tolle Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in der gemütlich eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war super: 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Strand; leckerer Bäcker, Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle befinden sich direkt um die Ecke bzw. direkt vor der Tür. Sehr netter Kontakt zur freundlichen Vermieterin; sehr schnelle Reaktionszeiten.

La tête dans les étoiles sur la Côte d’Azur

Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire agrémenté de petits cadeaux très appréciés. Appartement décoré avec goût, une véritable pépite dans un joli parc à proximité de la grande bleue, joli balcon avec mobilier confortable, piscine, résidence sécurisée avec gardien. Super U, boulangerie, salons de coiffure et de beauté, pharmacie, arrêts de bus, tout à proximité, pas besoin de voiture.

Friendly Host, Great Location

Alexandra is a very friendly, accommodating host. The apartment has lots of light, with doors onto the veranda from both the main room and the bedroom. It’s located in an apartment complex, with a pool onsite and restaurants & a large grocery store within the complex. It’s a short walk to the beach and the parking is super convenient. The location make for easy access to Cannes, Juan les Pins, Antibes, and the Nice airport.

Très bonne location proche plage, piscine

L'appartement est parfait pour 2. Dans une belle résidence sécurisée. Piscine pour la résidence. Parking sous terrain avec place réservée. Facile d'accès. Un super U, des commerces sont dispo à pied juste à côté. Boulangerie à 100m. Alexandra est très serviable et disponible. Merci pour sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons ce logement.

conforme et très bon accueil

l'appartement est très bien situé. à cause de la météo nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la mer (à 100m, un parc à traverser) ni beaucoup de la terrasse . doit être très agréable par beau temps.
