South facing with terrace and sea view and Lérins Islands. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer as well as all the necessary household appliances. Bedroom with 140x200 cm bed. Possibility of equipment for baby comfort (on request) Living room with 140 cm sofa bed. Spacious walk-in shower. Separate WC. Internet and wifi available. Private parking in closed residence (Closed box possible in the basement for bikers). Located 5 minutes by car from the beaches plus 3 buses including one free to the beaches and the heart of town.
