Quietly located in a farmhouse 20 minutes from Reims, the ideal starting point for discovering the Champagne Ardennes. All comfort.
We also wished for a second gîte with the advertisement number 6357804. Also on this site.
Covered and heated swimming pool, 50M ,
Weekly rental, access every other day in private from 9am to 7pm,
At weekends, access in 1/2 day private to be defined at the time of booking.
Various activities available, ping pong, badminton, Ygolf, football, basketball, board games, pétanque, ...
Prices according to the number of people and nights, please note that the owner will adjust the price according to the number of people.
Cleaning and complete disinfection between each tenant and after each access to the swimming pool between the different guests.

Very friendly hosts with a lot of space

We spend a nice week in November here. Even if it was raining and stormy outside we enjoyed our stay. Of course it is little bit .

Great house in quiet location

Booked for New Years to avoid fireworks and have a nice time with family. Town is 25 minutes from Reims, so easy to get into the city and explore. House itself was very comfortable, matches with the expectation. Everything was very easily arranged, so we would highly recommend.

"We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and spacious. Our children enjoyed the farm, especially feeding ad clapping the horses. It was a good experience to borrow bikes and cycle to the nearby creek. Their hospitality and knowledgde of the local area (fairs etc.) was much appreciated. Really worth renting again."

"This was great accomodation - very clean and well presented. The location is very rural, yet only minutes drive to the motorway to Reims. The village of St Remy le Petit is very peaceful and quiet. The house is well equipted with everything you need and more. The owner is a lovely lady - so helpful, and her English was great! Would definatley recommend this accomodation and would love to go back again"

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Although the house is in a tiny little village it didn't take us long to get to the bigger towns of rethel or reims! Veronique was fantastic and gave us all the help we needed. She even booked our dog a vets appointment. The house is clean and tidy and just as I expected it to be. The walk round the corner to the pool was not a problem for us and the Pool was beautiful and clean! We had a fantastic Christmas stay! And although due to the weather didn't make use of the fire pit or outdoor areas they looked great. Thank you for having us!

een lekker rustig vacantieplek, en toch 15 minuten van Reims. Zwembad was top, de kids niet eruit te krijgen. Perfect combinatie.

Veronique was very helpful and responded to any correspondance quickly.Whilst the property is in a small hamlet it is near main routes so that didn't cause us problems.Some rooms in the property could do with a little TLC and in the main were clean.

Agréable séjour en famille. Tout le monde y a trouver son compte, de 11 mois à 58 ans ! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour le quotidien et le logement est très propre.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passés 3jours complets dans le logement, il y a pas mal d’équipements (barbecue brasero table de Ping Ping) mis à disposition pour passer un bon séjour La salle de jeux est top, mon fils de 2 ans a adoré. Petit bémol, je pensais que l’espace extérieur et la piscine était attenants aux logements loués. Il faut traverser la rue pour aller faire un foot ou un badminton, et si vous voyagez avec vos chiens il faut bien penser à fermer le portail que vous partagez avec les voisins ( qui sont hypers gentils d’ailleurs ).

Fête de Noël en famille

Les propriétaires se situe à proximité de la location, ils sont d une très grandes discrétion, à l arrivé un accueil chaleureux la maison et très bien équipée, très spacieuse vous avez vraiment l impression d être chez vous, la cerise sur le gâteau une très belle piscine je recommande plus plus plus

Superbe location au calme avec tout le nécessaire

Nous y avons séjourné avec mes filles de 12 et 15 ans. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte qui nous avait laissé une délicate attention dans le frigo. Tout est prévu pour que les enfants ne s'ennuient pas quelque soit leur âge y compris les adultes aussi bien en intérieur qu'en extérieur. Ce que nous avons préféré : La piscine privatisé évidemment (avec douche et vestiaire), la disponibilité de notre hôte, le respect de notre tranquillité et par dessus tout le silence!!! Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Séjour agréable

Bel accueil, Jean Marc était présent et discret en même temps, comme on espérait. Agréable piscine, un peu froide (28 degrés) qui peut etre chaude pour certains parmis vous, nous, on est un peu frilleux, mais mais cela ne nous a pas empecher de bien nous amuser. Plusieurs jeux de société mis à notre disposition. Tout le nécessaire y est, maison très propre. A la campagne, le silence est roi la bas mais a 20 mn de Reims. Je recommande !! Merci Jean Marc et Véronique.
