With more than 1,300 square-feet of living space, this condo has been fully updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Streaming Smart
TVs in the living room and both bedroom include Netflix, Disney+ and YouTubeTV. Enjoy the lush King sized Vera Wang mattress in the master bedroom with another comfortable queen bed and twin over full bunk beds in the guest room. Sofa folds out into a bed as well for sleeping for up to 8 people. Your own private High Speed WiFi access is provided in the condo as well. Enjoy the balcony views of the heated Tower 3 pool, sundeck, and hot tub as well as the most beautiful beaches in the world. Balcony has access from the living room and the master bedroom. Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with the same gulf views as the balcony. Tower 3 is the first building when you enter the gated parking lot so it is super convenient and easy to park and get in and out of the resort!

Great Location

The condo was in the perfect location! We felt like the condo hadnt been cleaned properly as the floors felt dirty and you could see the dirt and dust under the beds and couch and the sliding doors where hard to open and shut and the screen are not in the best of shape as to why we didnt give it a 5 star rating. We did have to search around for the wristbands as they was not where we was told but a minor issue. But with a 5th floor view the little things was easy to overlook and to complain about as we spent most of our time at the beach or pools but if i was the owners being that far away I would definitely find a better cleaning crew. We would definitely return again.

Why they chose this property

Having lived in Panama City for several years in the past we've gotten to know the area pretty well. We enjoy Edgewater Beach Resort because of its fantastic location and awesome amenities. They have done a great job of keeping the property clean and updated. Edgewater has a Splash Pad and Adventure Zone. It is a great environment for families and kids of all ages.

This unit has been beautifully decorated and updated. You will feel like you've brought your home to the beach when you are here. Hardwood floors, Smart TVs, WiFi and streaming video. You will be in full relaxation mode in this beautiful unit.
