• "Can Simon” is a small and charming single standing house, ideal for a party of 4 people.
• Living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (ground floor bedroom, with two twin size beds, and an attic with a double bed (king size).
• Large garden and terrace.
• Located in an old summer residential area, in the midst of the Collserola Natural Park, and 900 meters away from the train station (15 minutes ride by train (FGC) to downtown Barcelona, trains every 6 minutes).
• Private car preferable, but not indispensable. Free parking in front of the house.

"Can Simon" is a compact, yet spacious charming single standing house, tasteful and welcoming with everything you need, perfect for up to 4 people. Located in a residential area into the Natural Parc of Collserola, 900m away from metro station, It is a short 15-minute ride on the metro to downtown Barcelona, and it has very easy access to the road network. Recently restored with all the necessary features.
Living/dining area is cozy for conversation, with fire place; Completely equipped small kitchen; Master bedroom is a large, open loft area with comfortable bed, dresser, and hanging clothing area, Plus a two double bed room downstairs and a complete beautifully tiled bathroom. Large terrace, garden, and foosball table outside.
Quaint house on a hillside surrounded by trees in a suburb of Barcelona, a peaceful retreat from busy urban life to a restful atmosphere. Close to the city, but away from the bustle - just a short walk and a short train ride to downtown. Literally fifteen minutes on the Metro to downtown Plaça de Catalunya.
