Family Home with Character & Sea ViewsFamily home full of character with a fully equipped enclosed garden. The beach is located right in front of the house with no road to cross. You can easily keep an eye on your children on the beach from the property. Shops, sports activities, restaurants, and the thalassotherapy spa are all within walking distance via a fully pedestrianized promenade. Only a 5-minute drive from the Val-André golf course, one of the most beautiful golf courses in France.

Location & AccessibilityTrain: 20-minute drive from the Lamballe TGV train station.Airports: 1-hour drive from Rennes Airport, 2-hour drive from Nantes Airport.

The Surroundings & ActivitiesThe house is set on a 2.5 km fine sand beach, west-facing. Enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea almost every evening from the terrace while enjoying your aperitifs. Many other rocky beaches are also nearby. Features a stunning 18-hole golf course overlooking the sea and an excellent clay-court tennis club. Sailing school is just a 7-minute walk from the house. Bicycle rentals are available. A beautiful marine spa and thalassotherapy center are just a 5-minute walk away, as well as the town center for shopping. Great restaurants nearby (a guidebook with local recommendations is provided upon arrival).

1st FloorMaster suite with an en-suite shower room/toilet and a 160cm queen-size bed with sea views. A second sea-view bedroom with two 90cm twin beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed). A garden-view bedroom with two twin beds and a washbasin. One full bathroom with toilet, 1 separate shower room, and 1 separate toilet.2nd FloorOne sea-view bedroom with 2 twin beds + 2 trundle beds. Beach bliss

The perfect place for anyone seeking a seaside holiday. Spacious and comfortable family house almost on a huge sandy beach. Lots of good walking on the beach and cliff top path to Port Dahouet. Shops and numerous eating places within a few minutes walk. Perfect for our group of seven, and our second time of visiting.

Wonderful

A warm and comfortable, well equipped, family home in a wonderful location, perfect for our group of eight adults. The huge sandy beach is almost on the doorstep and we enjoyed spectacular sunsets during our September stay. There are many walks nearby, as well as shops, markets and restaurants. A true home from home and we can't wait to go again.

Jolie maison donnant directement sur la digue et sur la plage. Il n'y a pas de route entre la maison et le bord de mer ce qui est parfait pour les enfants. La plage est magnifique.La maison est vaste avec des espaces séparés qui permettent d'avoir plusieurs activités. Elle est très bien équipée. Les chambres ont des lits confortables. et il y a 4 salles de bain ce qui permet de se préparer vite le matin. Bref un séjour parfait !

Grande maison familiale bord de plage

Long WE en famille

Le Grelot est une maison de famille et cela se sent! Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux de par la sérénité que dégage cet endroit et grâce à son emplacement tout simplement parfait. Je remercie les propriétaires de nous avoir fait confiance. A marée haute, nous avions presque les pieds dans l’eau. Aucune pollution visuelle depuis la terrasse principale. Les enfants sont en sécurité dans le jardin ou par l’accès direct sur la digue du Val André. Un véritable coup de cœur!!

Un emplacement exceptionnel pour une grande famille

Il s'agit d'une grande et jolie maison arborée face à la mer. A l'intérieur, une décoration pittoresque et tout le confort pour séjourner en famille nombreuse, sur plusieurs niveaux (4 salles de bains!). Les propriétaires et notre hôtesse d'accueil se sont montrés très attentifs avec nous. Une bonne adresse!
