The unit was clean and well equipped, It was convenient to shopping and restaurants, Check-in was easy and having a elevator was a definite plus, Keith responded quickly to all inquiries. The view was beautiful from both the living room and master bedroom Overall, a very easy stay.

Our entire experience was wonderful with excellent communication from our host. The condo was exactly as described and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The view from the large balcony was amazing, and the chairs and tables made it a perfect place to eat a meal or to just sit outside and enjoy the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed making meals on our ‘beach’ days when we didn’t want to eat out. The master bedroom was very large and the bed comfortable. The living area not only had a great view but ample seating when family stopped by to visit one afternoon. Keith, our host, was very easy to communicate with during the whole process. This was our second visit to cocoa beach and we are already looking forward to booking this unit again for our return visit.

We had a beautiful, relaxing vacation here! The condo was so pretty and clean, with everything we could have needed for the week. We loved the slow pace of the area and plan to go back!Keith was awesome to rent from; I have never had a host reach out the way that he did, checking in on us throughout the week. Absolutely fantastic!
