Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus in bester Lage

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Ferienhaus direkt am Strand verbracht. Das Haus hat eine ausgezeichnete Ausstattung, einen schönen, komplett eingezäunten Garten, zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und die nähere Umgebung ist sehr attraktiv zum Wandern, Baden, Radfahren (zwei Fahrräder vorhanden), Faulenzen usw. Die Bucht direkt vor der Haustür ist nur bei Hochwasser gefüllt, aber es gibt gezeitenunabhängige Badestrände in der Nähe. Sehr nette und kooperative Vermieter, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! Danke !

Maison Bord de mer

La maison nécessite une rénovation qui , d’ailleurs est prévue. La salle d’eau très ancienne devrait être transformée en douche, WC, puisque la maison est affichée pour 9 personnes, une douche est nettement pas suffisante . Attendant la maison après être rénovée. La qualité d’eau de mer sur la plage proche était très mauvaise, mais là le propriétaire n’y est pour rien. A part tout cela nous avons passé de bons moments, le jardin surtout a contribué à avoir du bon temps, reposant et amusant.

Super situation mais pas de baignade

La maison est quasiment sur la "plage" et c'est ideal pour les veliplanchistes. Mais il serait bon de preciser qu'il s'agit plutôt d'une vasiere très malodorante par temps chaud! Infrequentable à marée basse. Mais d'agréables balades dans la campagne alentours.

"Unser Urlaub in diesem H...

"Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus in der Zeit vom 11.08. bis 01.09.2012 war wunderschön. Die Lage ist herausragend, unsere Kinder (9, 11, 15) konnten alleine zum Strand, der nie überlaufen war (Ausnahme: bei Flut und starkem Wind kommen viele Surfer und Kiter, aber nur ganz punktuell auf einen Strandabschnitt von ca. 200 m begrenzt, eher amusant und abwechslungsreich,- noch genügend Platz, um alleine am Wasser zu liegen!). Das Wetter hat uns positiv überrascht: 3 Wochen Sonne und warmes Wasser. Gute Ausflugs- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Auto aber unbedingt erforderlich! Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Küche ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles perfekt funktionierend, mit viel bretonischen Charme (herrlicher Blick auf das Meer beim Kochen...). Der Wohn- / Essraum ist ein wenig eng, aber völlig ausreichend.TV und DVD Player sind ganz modern, aber kein Sat-Empfang (für kühlere Abende oder Regentage DVD mitnehmen für die Kids!). Genial der separate Anbau mit Waschmaschine und Dusche, als Sandauffangstation für Strandtücher, Spielsachen usw. Das Bad im EG ganz modern mit Duschecke, im OG ohne Dusche, aber sehr hübsch. Schlafzimmer / Betten gemütlich und sauber. Fazit: ein perfekter Urlaub, wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Ideal für uns, - Familie mit 3 Kindern, die nicht auf Animation angewiesen sind, und Hund (herrliche Spaziergänge, Hund konnte frei am Strand herumlaufen). Eine Segel- und Surfschule in einer Entfernung von 10 Autominuten bietet gute Beschäftigung für sportliche Kinder, bzw. auch der Kiteunterricht am Hausstrand. Danke nochmals an die netten Vermieter, mit denen wir einen herzlichen Kontakt hatten!"

"Nous avons passées un super séjour dans une région très belle et riche en découvertes à faire. La maison est parfaite, très agréable, sans bruit. La mer est à 50 m. La plage de sable est idéale pour les enfants. Il existe aux alentours de nombreuses autres plages avec des rochers où l''on peut facilement aller à la pêche aux coquillages. C''est une location idéale pour ceux qui veulent comme nous : profitez de la mer et des plaisirs de la bretagne sud et de la loire atlantique, sans avoir les inconvénients des villes trop touristiques."

"Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances. La situation de la maison est idéale pour une famille avec des enfants. La plage a proximité n'est pas dageureuse, les enfants peuvent y jouer en toute sécurité. Nous avons organisé une fête de famille dans le jardin qui nous a permis acceuillir 24 personnes. Des vacances super sympas. A conseiller sans aucune difficulté à des proches et amis."

"Tout est bien. Le moins est qu'il y a un manque au niveau protection ( parasol) pour rester sur la terrasse quand il y a du soleil et dieu sait s'il a fait chaud durant notre séjour"
