Very nice house located 400 meters from the beach.

on the way down to the beach, you have the bakery, butcher's shop and small shops of basic necessities, cheap and of quality.
the big surfaces of the type lidl,mercadona eroski are in the surroundings in san pedro.
there is also the centre (DOS MARES (EROSKI)) which is a large surface area with a large shopping gallery with several shops such as MACDONALD,MISCELLANEOUS RESTAURANTS,PERFUMERY,CLOTHING etc.................................................................................................................................................................................
in front of the beach,there are all the restaurants lined up and souvenir shops.
In the continuity of the beach,there are the PUB,every evening from June to September there is the feria (attractions for young and old.
the mud baths on the arm of the sea where you can swim, is totally free and very good for rheumatism etc... think about taking a cure for your well being or even to have a good time.
At the bottom of the beach, you will find the tourist office so that it can guide you to better know the places you would like to visit according to your desires and your tastes.
The house has 3 bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 toilets, dining room, kitchen, a patio, a shaded terrace, large enough to eat outside and be at sea.
