Bastelicaccia: "Ambiance Méditerranée" Lovely apartment for lazy days!

Very quiet, large 20-square-meter terrace sheltered from the summer sun by a pergola and surrounded by lush greenery. Newly built, bright, with a clean, minimalist decor. Ideally located, especially within the Ajaccio area: during the “summer rush,” it is the only place where one does not suffer from the drawbacks of traffic congestion and overcrowding. It’s the perfect base, equidistant from the northern and southern tips of the island, allowing you to explore and discover it in all its beauty!<br>The village has all the necessary shops and services: a post office, a pharmacy, a petrol station, a bookshop, greengrocer, butcher shop, restaurants, bakeries, etc.<br>Mandatory cleaning fee (40 euros) to be paid at the hotel.<br>Optional air conditioning: 20-euro package for a maximum of 7 days.

Half way between sea and the mountains n

Fréderic has build.the whole place himself including the splendid garden and a good job he did. So no surprise when he got upset when the airco failed. We had the small appartement below that is really perfect for 2. Lucky enough the really big 8 person appartement that is sitting on top of it was not rented out.

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement conforme à l'annonce et avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte qui a su être flexible sur notre horaire d'arrivée. Tout était propre, rien n'y manquait. Nous avons également apprécié toutes les petites attentions que Monsieur Guichard a eu à notre égard. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette location qui nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances sur l'île de beauté.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Frédéric, le logement comporte tout le nécessaire et est très bien situé à 10 mn de Porticcio et 15 d’Ajaccio Adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour
