Appartement parfait pour un court séjour

Appartement bien situé à 30 min à pied de la mesquita et 15 min du centre. Accueil sympathique de la voisine qui nous a remis les clés. L appartement est équipé correctement mais la pièce à vivre est un peu sombre . Parfait pour un court séjour à cordoue.

En general la casa es lo que se dice ene el anuncio, estaba limpia a la entrada, pero es muy ruidosa, tanto por los vecinos como por la calle. Las sábanas estaban en mal estado. Por lo demás todo correcto.

"Pour vous présenter un peu la situation nous étions 5 dont trois enfants et nous sommes restés une semaine au moi de février. Nous avions convenu avec Mme A. un rendez vous devant son immeuble. Personne n'était là.Finalement la voisine nous a plus moins accueilli (d'ailleurs l'eau chaude n'était pas branchée). L'appartement a été une grande surprise. Sur les photos, il paraissait correcte. Mais il faut préciser une chose primordiale: le salon, salle à manger et cuisine donne sur une courette absolument sordide d'environ 4 m²( vous pouvez serrer la main de la voisine). Les chambres sont sans plus et la literie de mauvaise qualité. Un point essetiellement est l'isolation phonique de l'immeuble. Il ne faut pas imaginer dormir sereinement. Murs et plafonds sont en carton. Donc le bruit circule. La situation est en dehors du Cordoue historique et la magie la ville est vite disparue. Enfin, nous n'avons jamais eu l'occasion de rencontrer la propriétaire, drôle de manière quand on loue un appartement à ce prix et qu' on est absente à l'arrivée des ses locataires. En conclusion, je vous déconseille fortement de louer cette appartement qui sous des airs passable se trouve être une supercherie. Pour finir, ne soyez pas deranger par le passage de cafard."
