Perfect base to explore from or relax.

Wonderful property, with absolutely stunning views across the CĂŽte d'Azur. Peaceful location but still handy enough to visit Vence for your shopping. Our old sportscar just made it up the road to the house, I'd imagine it's much easier in a normal car. Everything we needed was there, pool was fantastic and dinner in the patio was hard to beat. I hope we can visit again soon.

DĂ©ception globale malgrĂ© quelques points positifs.Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique. Nous avons eu l’occasion d’échanger avec lui par tĂ©lĂ©phone, et tout s’est bien passĂ©, hormis un petit oubli : il devait nous rappeler pour confirmer l’heure de disponibilitĂ© du logement, ce qu’il n’a finalement pas fait.Concernant le logement, la vue est vraiment splendide — rien Ă  redire sur ce point.En revanche, le reste est beaucoup moins satisfaisant. La maison est vĂ©tuste. MĂȘme si l’intĂ©rieur Ă©tait propre, un trĂšs gros rafraĂźchissement serait nĂ©cessaire pour rendre le sĂ©jour plus agrĂ©able.L’extĂ©rieur, lui, Ă©tait clairement nĂ©gligĂ©. La piscine Ă©tait verte, le jardin envahi par les herbes folles, ce qui compliquait les activitĂ©s comme jouer au foot ou mĂȘme accĂ©der Ă  l’étendoir.Ce qui est Ă©tonnant, c’est que le jardinier est censĂ© passer tous les vendredis. Nous l’avons bien vu, mais Ă  part ajouter de l’eau dans la piscine et effectuer un nettoyage partiel, l’entretien Ă©tait trĂšs insuffisant.En rĂ©sumĂ©, le cadre naturel est superbe, mais le manque d’entretien gĂ©nĂ©ral nuit fortement Ă  l’expĂ©rience.

Wundervoll

Wir haben die Zeit in dem wundervollen Haus sehr genossen. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder und hatten mehr als genug Platz und fanden Haus und Garten sehr gemĂŒtlich. Ruhige Lage. Toller Pool.

TrĂšs belle vue

Belle propriĂ©tĂ© avec une vue magnifique. La piscine et la cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© sont top. L'accĂšs n'est pas facile mais on s'y fait. Une clim serait vraiment un plus, ainsi qu'un rafraĂźchissement du mobilier (rideaux abĂźmĂ©s) et des extĂ©rieurs ( salon de jardin en mauvais Ă©tat, parasol usĂ©, fenĂȘtres et volets Ă  changer), ce qui ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Merci Ă  Carine pour sa gentilesse et son accueil.

Maison avec une vue fantastique

Jolie maison trĂšs agrĂ©able sur un grand terrain avec une vue fantastique sur l’environ et la mer. Beaucoup de place pour s’asseoir dehors, Ă©galement Ă  l'ombre. La piscine est trĂšs jolie. Malheureusement il y avait beaucoup de moustiques dans le soir en la unit.

Beau sĂ©jour, bien Ă©quipĂ© mais pas facile Ă  atteindre. Comme nous (mon Ă©pouse, mon fils et moi-mĂȘme) sont des habituĂ©s du Midi nous avons l'expĂ©rience des sĂ©jours. Cette maison est une des meilleures que nous avons vues ces derniĂšres annĂ©es. La vue est splendide et la terrasse est bien ombragĂ©e. Seulement le chemin pour y parvenir pourrait ĂȘtre mieux amĂ©nagĂ©.

Traumhaft

Das Haus in Vence ist absolut traumhaft. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub absolut genossen, es war alles so schön, dass wir grĂ¶ĂŸte MĂŒhe hatten ĂŒberhaupt AusflĂŒge zu unternehmen. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend, Tag wie Nacht! Das gesamte Objekt war absolut sauber, die gerĂ€umigen Zimmer waren alle sehr gemĂŒtlich. Vier Badezimmer/DuschbĂ€der mehr als ausreichend. Der große Pool in dem wunderschönen Garten Ă€ußerst gepflegt, die KĂŒche groß und perfekt ausgestattet, im weitlĂ€ufigen Garten waren viele verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren zu siebt und alle hatten Platz und Freiraum im Überfluss. Aus TermingrĂŒnden konnten wir dieses Jahr nur eine Woche verreisen, ich wĂŒrde das Haus aber fĂŒr mindestens zwei Wochen empfehlen.

Calme, reposant avec une vue impressionnante

Maison adaptĂ©e pour 8 personnes sans se gĂȘner, une grande piscine et une vue magnifique sur la cĂŽte d'azur. A l'Ă©cart de la ville, la maison est au calme. PropriĂ©tĂ© provençale dans son jus avec un chemin d'accĂšs dĂ©licat (pente et dĂ©gradĂ©e). Une climatisation serait la bienvenue pour mieux dormir en temps de canicule (et sans moustique).

Une vue panoramique magnifique Ă  partir des hauteurs de Vence sur la Riviera niçoise ,une grande terrasse ombragĂ©e et une piscine aux larges dimensions et bien paysagĂ©e.Location idĂ©ale pour des vacances en famille. Quelques menus travaux de restauration (volets-fenĂȘtres...) ne seraient pas inutiles pour confĂ©rer une note exceptionnelle mais ce fĂ»t un excellent sĂ©jour...

Das waren tolle Ferien. Pierre ist ein hilfsbereiter Hausbesitzer der schnell auf E-Mails reagiert.

Das Haus liegt wunderbar gelegen oberhalb von Vence und hat einen tollen Blick auf die KĂŒste. Das Haus ist fĂŒr Familien mit kleineren Kindern wunderbar geeignet, diese können sich frei auf dem GrundstĂŒck und im Haus bewegen, ohne das man stĂ€ndig Angst haben muss, es geht was kaputt. Vielleicht kann man nochmal in 2 neue Poolliegen investieren (8 Leute und nur 5 funktionierende Liegen...) und in der KĂŒche ebenfalls das ein bzw andere KĂŒchenwerkzeug erneuern. Aber schon nach 2 Tagen stört einen das alles nicht mehr und der allabendliche Blick nach Vence bzw CĂŽte d’Azur KĂŒste entschĂ€digt fĂŒr alles. Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tagen in Pierres Haus.

Charmante maison dans un site superbe

Nous (4 adultes et quatre jeunes enfants) avons passé un séjour reposant dans un environnement superbe et aéré. La vue sur la mer est un régal. La grande piscine est un atout majeur par les grandes chaleurs. La maison, à flanc de colline, est confortable et bien équipée. La terrasse, ombragée par un mûrier platane et face à la mer, est parfaite pour les repas familiaux. Le grand jardin fleuri contribue au charme de l'ensemble. En résumé, un endroit propice à d'excellentes vacances.

Magnifique

Nous avons loué cette villa pour 4 couples + 1 bébé et c'était plus que parfait. Endroit calme, super entretenu et proche de toutes les commodités (5 minutes du centre du village) avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée et la méditerranée. La villa et les abords sont trÚs spacieux et tout est sécurisé. De plus une personne de contact est joignable et disponible pendant toute la durée de la location. On ne se marche pas dessus dans la villa, on ne fait pas la file pour la salle de bain (il y en a 4), on mange tous ensemble sur une grande table sur la terrasse, il y de la place pour 3/4 voiture sur le parking, la piscine est entretenue et trÚs grande, etc... En résumé, la villa est dans un style un peu plus "traditionnel" que celles habituellement proposées sur la cÎte d'azur, mais elle est juste parfaite et à un prix imbattable qui permet de profiter des vacances sur place.

Vue magnifique, jardin calme et fleuri, grande piscine pour les baignades.

L'environnement campagnard loin des foules correspond Ă  ce que nous cherchions. La maison, sans ĂȘtre luxueuse, est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et a beaucoup de charme. Elle est entretenue avec soin par une personne qui assure un accueil chaleureux et est disponible pendant le sĂ©jour. Excellent rapport qualitĂ©/prix.
