Beautiful home and very scenic property

Our family of 17 stayed at the home and had a great time. I was a bit nervous because the number of kids/youth far outweighed the adults and I thought the noise and chaos would drive me crazy but the house is large enough to find s quiet place. Both the owner and concierge checked in with us several times and answered any questions we had. Their customer service was great. Overall, we had a fantastic time.

Crazy Place

4 of is spent a couple weeks up there in May. Had some friends and family fly in and out. Very relaxing place. The automation was cool. Just downloaded the ap to my own phone. I called dibs on the master. Very very nice. That marble shower is off the hook! So many deer liked to hang out while drinking our morning coffee. I now know what they mean when someone says "deer in the headlight" lol. Phenomenal place in a phenomenal location. Great place to recharge the batteries!

The house was really beautiful and worked perfectly for our 16 person family event. The scale of the rooms is extraordinary and unable to be truly captured in the pictures. We had plenty of space for everyone. Loved the well-appointed kitchen for memorable meal preparation and cool home automation system for audio, video and lighting. Home theater, game room, gym, patio, deck and great room were favorite spots IF everyone wasn't gathered in the kitchen. A bit of a hike to get down to town (15min drive to Rt 6), but well worth it. Even with his right-hand concierge away for the week we were there, Mark made sure everything went smoothly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Crazy property that is off the charts. The host was over accommodating along with his concierge.

The views, Accomodation’s along with one of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed in was so much better than the Ski in Ski out Properties we were looking at to rent. The drive to Beaver Creek was a less than 25 minutes and to get to Vail was 30. You won’t be disappointed and honestly you will be blown away!

We spend five days at this property with 5 couples. It was perfect for our large group. The rooms were very nice and everyone was comfortable. We used the game room and movie theatre. There is so much to do at the house. It was perfect for after a long day of skiing. The owner is awesome and makes the whole process easy. Highly recommended. We will book again!

Perfect wedding weekend!

My fiancé and I looked all over for the best place to have our family and friends stay in one house, we found this one and were blown away! The pictures don't do the view justice, or the rest of the house. It's way bigger than the pictures make it seem. The deck is really nice and there's room for about 7 people to comfortably sit and relax. There were 15 of us in the house and it was comfy for everyone. In the master suite there are huge windows across from the bed and at night you can see shooting stars, it was just magical!! Also, do not miss the hike that is close to the house, it's a short drive and a short hike but the views at the end are the prettiest thing I have ever seen! I would absolutely reccomend this house!!

Magnifica residencia y espectacular locacion !!!

Colorado at its best ! A wonderful experience all around. It really is hard to know where to start. Cordillera Ranch offers wild life, manicured golf courses and incredible views. We recommend the three restaurants. No need to go anywhere. Several outside restaurants bring you food right to the house. The house is a dream. As an owner of several vacation homes, I can say that Mark puts me to shame when it comes to providing for your guests. Now my wife is on my back demanding that we learn from him. We had our extended family gathering and all loved the experience. Plenty to do for kids and adults. A million thanks Mark !

Perfect getaway for spring skiing!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property last week! We cannot recommend it enough. We are a group of several couples made up of young professionals, and we stayed for a week of working remotely and skiing when we could. The location of this property could not be better: we split our time among Aspen/Snomass, Vail, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, with easy driving access to all such locations. At the recommendation of our property manager, we also managed to try Iron Mountain Hot Springs, which was a great treat after a long week of work and skiing. We cannot rave enough about what a beautiful property this is: the photos, while gorgeous, cannot do it justice. The views of the mountains from the deck at sunset are to die for. Each couple had its own sizeable room and bathroom: we joked that, given the size of the property, we would run the risk of not seeing each other if we didn't meet in the middle somewhere! The kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and every kitchen accoutrement one might need: we did some pretty serious cooking while we stayed here. The dining room table ended up being a sort of "war room" for those of us who needed to work during the week, and with such spectacular views, it made the work week much easier than being in the office. The property manager, Zoran, was exceptionally helpful, making recommendations for local restaurants, hiking locations, spa reservations: anything we needed. The owner, Mark, also couldn't have been more helpful: he called prior to and during our stay to make sure everything went smoothly, encouraging us to make full use of the property and to enjoy every minute we could. At the end of the day, we felt like we were staying in a friend's home, which is all that we could ask for. I try to leave constructive feedback when I post these reviews, too, but honestly, there's nothing that could have made our stay better: it was absolutely perfect. I hope the owner will have us back for a similarly rejuvenating trip next year!

We had a fantastic New Year's vacation! This beautiful home was perfect for our 3 family crew. The owner and concierge made us feel welcome, and they had the house fully stocked with drinks and even snacks. We enjoyed cooking in the gourmet kitchen, and the teenagers had a blast playing pool tournaments every night. The scenery from every part of the home was breathtaking. If you like spotting wildlife, you will enjoy the drive to the home every day to and from the slopes. I highly recommend this home.

Our family just returned from a family reunion in this fantastic, knock- your- socks- off, house. The house held all 18 of us comfortably. The mountain views ( from 9,000 feet) are spectacular, mezmerizing, and awe inspiring. The kitchen contains high end appliances and is otherwise fully equipped. The entertainment center/ theater is a very nice perk, as well as the pool table , ping pong table, hot tub , fire pit, fitness facility, and numerous TVs. The owner is most helpful and makes every effort to make our week enjoyable. The facilities in the Codillera community are terrific, meaning the multiple golf courses, riding stables, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. In short, this house is perfect in every respect!!!!

Wonderful Experience... rented numerous places, mountains/beaches, and this is the best!

See the other reviews - all wonderfully true! We just returned from an extended family vacation at this property and the superlatives I could list begin border on hyperbole - amazing, spectacular, awesome.... This state-of-the-art home is perfectly sited about 150 yards off one of the beautiful holes on the Jack Nicklaus signature designed Summit Course. Beyond the hole you are treated to breathtaking mountain vista views - 180 degrees worth off the back deck. Amenities? Everything you could hope for: To-die-for foodie gourmet kitchen, home theatre, game room, exercise room, 2 main floor master suites, Jacuzzi, etc. The 2nd master is huge, and wonderfully appointed and would be fantastic as any normal master - until you see the MAIN master suite: It is enormous with a wall of windows to bring in the spectacular views; its bathroom boasts a huge shower with steam sauna. On top of all of this, the caring owner goes out of the way to make sure you get the most out of the vacation (loved the golf!). We look forward to our next opportunity to spend a vacation in this lovely home!

Amazing

This place is amazing. I brought my family to Vail/BC for a 4 day ski trip. We had 2 adults, a 15 year old, 13 year old and 8 year old. The house itself is spectacular. Add in the views and privacy, and you have a truly amazing vacation. Evening sunsets over the mountains were breathtaking from the family room picture windows. Hot tub was great after skiing. My kids loved the theater room. Cordierra is about 10 minutes west of Beaver Creek. Once you turn off of the main road in Edwards and into Cordierra, it takes another 10-15 minutes to literally drive to the summit of the mountain where this house sits. While some people might prefer the nightlife and hustle and bustle of Vail Village, we preferred to come back to our own completely private sanctuary. Although there was only 5 of us, you could easily have 3 other families stay at the same time and barely feel crowded. If this place was on the mountain in Vail/BC, you would probably pay $10,000 per night. It was worth every penny. Mark the owner was super easy to deal with and even had his caretaker load up the refrigerator with groceries that we had requested prior to arriving. The home was well stocked with all the comforts of home. I would recommend this property to anyone heading out to CO. I will definitely stay here again.

Look no further!

This property literally has it all, a breathtaking view, comfortable accommodations and an amazingly attentive staff. Every expectation of our trip was exceeded. The pictures really don't do the property justice, it is gorgeous! Our personal favorite was the theater room, like going to the movies. If you are shopping for a conveniently located Vail vacation proprty there truly is no need to look anywhere else.

The Best Colorado Vacation Home!

Don't pass up an opportunity to stay at this spectacular home. The amenities, the location and the views are fantastic. The home can easily accommodate a large group and there is easy access to both Vail and Beaver Creek with a great selection of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the private chef for a truly great experience. Also, if you require business meeting accommodations, the nearby Cordillera Lodge is an excellent choice. The owner is extremely accommodating and very helpful. All of his recommendations were excellent. I look forward to staying here again. Again, I highly recommend this fantastic property.

the house has the most high tech I've ever seen, incredible game room, theater, views, kitchen, everything! i recommend this property 110%, the owner easy to deal with, we were a group of 10 ppl, easily you can accommodate more than 20 it has more than anything you need we are planning renting this property again really soon excellent vacation!!!

A masterpiece of a home, large but very comfortable and relaxing! A stunning location...

This property would be excellent for a Family Reunion, Corporate Get Away/Retreat, a site for a wedding or special event, to host a group of couples, one to several families! The owner was highly accessible to answer our questions, and was able to provide my husband and me with a "house concierge", who was equally helpful, friendly and made himself as available, as we needed him to be. The photos are accurate , but cannot possibly portray how beautiful and well planned this home is. There is great attention to detail, from three sets of washer/ dryers, to a large kitchen with two dishwashers , and every possible state of the art appliance possible! We hosted a dinner party, and the house sets up very well for entertaining a few couples, to hosting a large celebration. It is set up for entertaining both adults , teens and children. The lowest level has a beautiful start of the art movie theater , with very comfortable seating, a beautiful large bar, as well as a billards table that coverts into a Ping pong table! This level has access to the patio, hot tub and a new fire pit, which was lovely on a cooler evening and early morning . There are several outdoor seating areas, some for larger groups/ families, and others that would be lovely for a couple seeking quiet and privacy. The hiking in Cordillera was excellent, in a near by National Park, as well as on the three golf courses in the development. The recreational center for adults has a wonderful lap pool, squash/ handball court, as well as a yoga/ exercise studio, many new pieces of exercise equipment, and a room with free weights, Pilates , and an outdoor jacuzzi.the lap pool is indoors, and was a pleasure to swim in daily. The resturants in the development were very good, from a casual pub, to the golf course dining rooms. They were nice, but casual and welcoming . We enjoyed our visits to Beaver Creek, Vail and Breckinridge for shopping, dinner and lunches out. I would highly recommend this spacious, clean, modern and welcoming property to friends and relatives. The scenery from the bedrooms and common areas is beautiful, as is the view from several decks and balconies off of the bedrooms. Large bathrooms, steam showers, large jacuzzi bathtubs, double sinks, ....nothing was overlooked! A magnificent place to vacation for a week or a season!

Incredible House!

Huge house with every luxury possible. Incredible views, you are almost in the sky. Chefs Kitchen, huge flat screen TVs, movie room, game room, you name it this house has it. This is the nicest house I've seen in the area and there are some great houses here. Owner was easy to deal with and any request made was easily filled. You must see this house!
