About this property

Stylish with a beautiful view

Stylishly renovated and updated condo. Two bedrooms two baths. Amenities include two TV's a 49 inch flat screen in the master bedroom the other is a 60 inch flat screen in the living area, dvd player, hair dryer in each bathroom, wifi access is available. Rental includes use of the on property swimming pool and one covered parking spot and the elevator. We have the best of both worlds we have a beautiful view of the bay side so you can sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, however we are located on beach side and are a two minute walk to the beach. This unit is non smoking. RENTERS NEED TO BE 23 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. STARTING MAY 22, 2020 OUR MINI WEEKS WILL BE FRIDAY TO MONDAY OR Monday TO Friday. OUR WEEKLY RENTALS WILL BE FRIDAY to FRIDAY OR MONDAY to MONDAY. Check in is 3:00 pm. Checkout is 10:00 am.

Wonderful!

We stayed here for a long weekend, and everything was as described! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the views of the sunset were astonishing. Highly recommend!

Home away from home

We have stayed here for 4 years and absolutely love it! Beautiful condo with great views of the bay. Plenty of room for all of us. Bill is a great host, always gives a courtesy check in and is very attentive. We look forward to many more vacations there!

Another great stay!!

He had the best day! The condo was very spacious. It was a perfect distance to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was very clean and had basically everything you would need! The owner was amazing at communicating, especially when there was a small glitch with the lock. Great place to stay

My sister and I and our kids enjoyed a long weekend here and the condo was a perfect fit. It was clean and well maintained, walking distance to restaurants and stores, and just a quick walk to the beach. Communication with the host, Bill, was great! I would definitely stay here again.
