In July: rent ONLY fortnight (-10% on the price weeks displayed).
Dates flexible for beginning of season and end of season.
Our villa south side, overlooking a shaded patio, a bright living room with well equipped kitchen and a large bedroom. In the garden of the residence 2 other rooms. Shower room with WC, separate WC with shower.

In front of the villa ... public green space nearby bowling ...
direct access to the beach by the shaded walkway (no cars!)
On the landscaped beach, you can possibly rent beach umbrella, mattresses, and enjoy the beach restaurant and all the water sports and activities, or entertainment, craft markets, shops and caterers of the commercial aisle.
On foot or bike by green walkways discover this city "Heritage of the twentieth century."
You can also visit the region by car between Cevennes and Camargue ...
In the evening many events take place during the summer: entertainment, market, concert, theater, dances, fireworks, unless you prefer to stay quiet in our villa.

Très chouette logement, à proximité de tout. Très bien équipé
Martine nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour avant que celui commence.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec une visite des lieux et des explications claires.
Sur place on trouve tout, plus besoin de voiture. Les commerces, les promenades, la mer tout est accessible facilement et rapidement.
Le plus, c’est le calme de la maison, son agréable patio et le box pour la voiture.
Nous gardons cette bonne adresse!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Le logement est super (grand, très propre, joliment aménagé), la terrasse ombragée est vraiment un plus et les deux salle d'eau également. L'immeuble divinement bien situé, on a plus besoin de la voiture, la plage dés la sortie de l'immeuble, les commerces juste à coté que demander de mieux ? Mais le grand plus reste une hôte fort agréable, d'une grande gentillesse, qui fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux, chose rare de nos jours. En résumé et en un seul adjectif, "parfait" ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir :)

Très agréable séjour !
Nous étions 5 et nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à la Grande Motte. La location est spacieuse et très bien située avec accès direct et piéton à la plage en moins de 5 minutes ! Commerces à proximité immédiate. Le parking privatif nécessite quelques manœuvres mais est bien pratique. Nous reviendrons !!!

Excellent emplacement avec un mode de vie "dedans/dehors"grace au patio privé et au jardin ombragé
La propriétaire prend grand soin de tout dans sa maison et en effet tout est parfait; il ne manque rien tout est bien rangé, super propre; la literie : de vrais lits propre, confortable et le tout avec goût.
Je recommande à 100%.
+++la proximité de la plage 150mètres génial pour les jeunes enfants.

excellent séjour en famille avec des petits enfants de 3 ans et 6 ans.
L’emplacement de la villa est très bien situé, en toute proximité de la plage du couchant dans une zone entièrement piétonnière.
Environnement calme .
Commerces à proximité.
La villa est très bien équipée, avec 3 chambres permettant d’héberger très confortablement 4 adultes et 2 enfants.
Équipement très fonctionnel, et en particulier la présence de 2 salles d’eau est particulièrement appréciable.
Le patio ombragé est un plus que tout le monde a apprécié, notamment les visiteurs avec lesquels nous avons pu partager des repas autour de la table.
Nous avons donc passé un excellent séjour dans les meilleures conditions possibles.
Je recommande vivement cette location, parfaite pour passer des vacances en famille.
