The House is a private villa situated in a geographically strategic location, a short distance from major transport routes, the sea (2 km), the mountains, and the city of Catania. The “Fontanarossa” International Airport is about 25 km away. The accommodation, built using traditional local materials such as lava stone and rustic terracotta, are spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor: a double bedroom and an adjacent twin or triple bedroom separated by a sliding door, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. The twin/triple room forms a single open space with the kitchenette. On the ground floor: a double bedroom (with air conditioning) and a single bedroom, with a bathroom between them and a spacious adjoining living room. The villa features a large private courtyard out front with an on-site parking space. Outside, there is a 250-square-meter garden with outdoor furniture. The owner lives on-site in another wing of the building. It is an ideal accommodation for combining a beach holiday with a peaceful stay in the countryside, in the immediate vicinity of the Ionian coast and its beautiful seaside villages, which are just a few kilometres away.<br>The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with air conditioning; the other rooms have standing fans. <br>Portable gas heaters are available from mid-November to mid-April.
