About this property

This is a beautiful 5 bedroom/4 bath home right on Ole River. This home has amazing views and plenty of decks to watch the sunset. This home is a non smoking home!! You can fish in the bay or the pass to the gulf is just minutes away. You can go tubing in the bay or just go to one of the many restaurants that are on the water. There are lots of places to rent a boat. You can fish right off the dock in the backyard. The beach is only a few minutes walk, just across the street through Florabama. The Florabama Yacht Club is right next door, great food with live music most nights. This house is big enough for 2 families, it sleeps 10-12 people. There is a nice outside patio for grilling or you could have a low country boil. There are several restaurants in walking distance. The sunsets are amazing! Sometimes we even see dolphins playing in the bay. We are sorry, but we do not rent for college spring breakers, families only. Also, you can pay me with 2 separate payments if you do not want to pay by credit card. Just ask me about it when you inquire. We cannot offer any boat slips for use at this time.

Great home!!

We had a great time! My daughter, her husband along w their 3 young sons plus my other 2 daughters and their boyfriends stayed in the house with my husband and I and we had plenty of room. My grandsons loved playing at the little beach in the backyard almost more than the ‘big’ beach across the street. The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock, my son in law fished everyday although he didn’t catch anything. We all sat out on the deck of the house to eat dinner and listened to live music drift over from Flora Bama while watching the boats and jet skis go up and down the river. The sunsets are amazing from the back of the house and we also saw dolphins out in the water! I loved this home and it’s location, my family told me at different times how much they loved it as well. I am so thankful and appreciative of April and her family for renting this home out. We have some great family memories from this vacation that I’ll treasure forever!

Our own little paradise

We had the best time at this property with our family and friends. Being close to a few restaurants and the boat rental place meant fewer trips in our car. The beach was gorgeous and never busy where we were at. We loved being directly on the bay and spent a lot of nights fishing and checking our crab traps in the morning. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect, with plenty of room and bathrooms. Next to restaurants, bars, water rentals, and ice cream shops. So much FUN!

Great Place to Enjoy Perdido Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a large family group and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well for us. We couldn't ask for a better location - the property has an area right at the back of the house where you can swim or kayak with the kayaks they provided. We were across the street and a short walk to a public beach access. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Great place to stay!!
