Apartment built in 2007

This comfortable apartment is located in an apartment block (built in 2007) in the
heart of Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier 1350 m): 40.5 m 2 on one floor with a balcony of 8.96m 2 . It comprises of 1 double bedroom, one bunk bed room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a large living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 plates hob with oven, and a microwave. There is a washing machine in the bathroom cupboard. The living area has two sofas, with a TV and DVD player, and the dining table has seating for six. We have finally given in and have wifi.
The ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bars, ski schools, etc, are all within 100 meters. There is a garage for a small to medium car (Skoda Octavia Estate just fits!) There is a ski locker on the lower ground floor.

We have been visiting Serre Chevalier to ski for over twenty years and so when the opportunity came up to buy a small apartment here, we jumped at it.

Close to the slopes, in the heart of the village, surrounded by mountains. Warm, modern, easy to keep clean, ski locker.
