This comfortable apartment is located in an apartment block (built in 2007) in the
heart of Chantemerle (Serre Chevalier 1350 m): 40.5 m 2 on one floor with a balcony of 8.96m 2 . It comprises of 1 double bedroom, one bunk bed room, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a large living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 plates hob with oven, and a microwave. There is a washing machine in the bathroom cupboard. The living area has two sofas, with a TV and DVD player, and the dining table has seating for six. We have finally given in and have wifi.
The ski lifts, shops, restaurants, bars, ski schools, etc, are all within 100 meters. There is a garage for a small to medium car (Skoda Octavia Estate just fits!) There is a ski locker on the lower ground floor.

Best position ever

Amazing location, right next to the lifts and facilities in a lovely village. We (family of 4) stayed a week and it was great. Would recommend to anyone. The resort is one of the nicest we've been to as well.

Fantastic holiday

We had a lovely two weeks here last year and had a lovely two weeks this year again! The appartement is large enough for two grown ups with two children, but we are only two. So space enough!We are surely coming back next year

Fantastic, apartment is near shops, terraces, bars an main skilift. Apartment itself is comfortable, cosy and everything you need is there. View towards the mountains is a bit obstructed by buildings

Great apartment in the centre of Chantemerle

The apartment is in an ideal location within two minutes walk to the Ratier gondola for accessing the Serre Chevalier ski area with ski hire, shops and restaurants all really close by. The apartment has everything you need for a family skiing holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's a good size dining table and living room. The bunk room is small but it worked fine for us and the beds are comfy.The view from the balcony is breathtaking and would be a lovely place to sit in warmer weather. The owner is friendly and quickly responded to all our questions. We would happily stay here again!

Uitstekend appartement op een toplocatie !

Het appartement was zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Zeer goed uitgerust en vooral een topligging ook. Zo goed als aan de skilift. Chantemerle is heel klein maar wel gezellig. Communicatie met de eigenaar ook uitstekend. Meteen antwoord en heel veel nuttige tips. Moesten we ons hart toch niet verloren zijn aan Oostenrijk om te skiën komen we zeker terug naar hier (en liefst in dit appartement ) want Serre Chevalier is een heel goed skigebied.

Localisation parfaite, appartement propre et spacieux

L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux (2 allée vrais chambres) et très propre. Exposition plein sud appréciable. Le garage est également appréciable car pas facile de se garer à chantemerle. On peut difficilement faire plus prêt des pistes. Bref on recommande grandement.

Super séjour

Appartement petit mais super bien équipé et très bien placé. Une fois la voiture garée dans le garage, tout est à proximité (commerces, pistes, école de ski, resto...) Le petit bémol à l'arrivée car le ménage n'avait pas été fait, mais après l'avoir signalé, une équipe de ménage est venue dans l'heure pour nettoyer. Nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons dans cet appartement avec plaisir l'année prochaine

perfect for us

Close to the slopes, cosy apartment. Great wifi (we were looking at Netflix with 4 accounts at the same time) All equipement that you could need (even washing machine) garage is indeed to small for a bigger car, but free parking was 5 min. walk. Two bakeries close by. Last but not least, a friendly owner. (she replied quickly to any questions we had)

Charming flat close to the slopes

With two young children this flat was ideal.. when they can “only walk another step” they can still make it home without difficulty. Sweet bunk rooms for then, compact double for us, lovely balcony, small bath, separate loo and good kitchen/ lounge. All compact but comfortable,, and it’s a treat to stay so close to the centre of everything - bars, restaurants, ski school, lift are all minutes away. The garage is TINY not all cars would squeeze in width wise.

Wonderful location and lovely apartment

We had a lovely time again in the apartment, and were lucky enough to be there when the local Olympic medal winner arrived for a photo opportunity. Great resort and fantastic conditions. The apartment was as clean and well looked after, and checking in was even easier this year.
