The apartment of 60m2 is equiped with a queen size bed, it is not air conditioned but there is 2 big roof ventilators

The villa has a large terrace of 200m2 with panoramic view at 360 ° where children can play under the watchful eye of parents.
The pool area is located on a dedicated , closed area and closed keys.

The pool is 5x10m ,a 70m2 solarium has 9 sunbeds and outside armchairs and sofa, the terrace is partly shaded by a large tree close to the pool with an adjacent 250m2 flat lawn where children can play .
