Apartment construction in recent urbanization closed, very quiet area with swimming pools, gardens and parking. 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 beds, 2 baths, with a tub in the master bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Full lounge, fully equipped kitchen, clothes and a large terrace overlooking the swimming pools. Access to lift without any rung. Additional planned possibility cleanings. Urbanization between 2 golf courses of 18 holes, "Costa Esuri Golf." In 15 minutes away from the best beaches in the Algarve Portuguese and Spanish.Very peaceful

cond privado com piscina. a piscina teve smp manutençao e este sempre limpa. bom sitio para ir com filhos. sitio bastante tranquilo e de facil acesso. a casa, nao tinha wi-fi, proibido carregar carros eletricos, e havia baratas no condominio que entraram dentro de casa. a casa tem o minimo para estar de ferias. tv do quarto nao funcionava.

Confortable y tranquilo

El apartamento está bien equipado para disfrutar y sentirse en casa. Está muy bien situado para disfrutar de las bonitas playas de Ayamonte y el Algarve portugués, y ofrece tranquilidad y entorno natural para pasear, disfrutando de la desembocadura del Guadiana. Recomendable.

Precioso apartamento en urbanización muy tranquila. Dispone de todas las comodidades y preciosas vistas a la piscina y jardín. El apartamento amplio, luminoso y fresco. El propietario muy atento y amable, estuvo pendiente en todo momento y responde rápidamente. Ubicación ideal para practicar algún deporte en Punta del Moral (paddlesurf, windsurf, etc.), disfrutar de las inmensas playas de Isla Canela que son ideales para familias con niños pequeños, el mercado, tiendas y restaurantes de Ayamonte. Recomendable el paseo en ferry hasta Vila Real de San Antonio (Portugal) donde disfrutar de la comida y las compras típicas (toallas, juegos de cama...). Un sin fin de planes culminado con un excelente apartamento.

"Apartamento muy completo en cuanto a accesorios, menaje, electrodomesticos, etc. Vistas estupendas a la piscina. Urbanizacion muy tranquila y de muy facil acceso. Si volvemos a la zona, sin duda, volveremos a ponernos en contacto para volver a alquilarlo."
