Très bon séjour

Appartement très propre et fidèle aux photos, idéal pour 4 adultes. Excellent emplacement avec la plage à 2 minutes à pied, restaurants et boutiques à proximité.

Idéal proche de tout ( mer ,commerce,loisirs)

Appart très propre ,proche de la mer 100 m,commerce à 300m Proche de toutes commodités. Clim,machine à laver, 2 chambres .Très bien . Seul bémol petite terrasse. Juste pour 2 personnes . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Appartement très bien situé et plage très familiale.

L'appartement était parfaitement propre, très bien aménagé. La plage est à 5 minutes à pieds. C'est une belle plage avec de nombreuses activités et des restaurants à proximité.

Appartement au top

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement très propre (linge qui sentait très bon) et très proche de la mer dommage que nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer Isabel même si elle a été très disponible par mail. Des vacances en famille au top. C'est nos 4ème vacances en Espagne et c'était les meilleures.

Un sacré compromis !

Une superbe location à quelques pas de la plage et du centre ville, au calme et relativement proche de Lloret De Mar (20 min à pied). L'appartement est très fonctionnel, entièrement rénové, de bon goût et idéalement situé. Petits +, la piscine sur le toit (petite mais suffisante pour se détendre) et le balcon. Le parking souterrain est indispensable en été (attention, c'est un peu "sportif" pour garer une longue voiture !). Enfin, Isabel est aux petits soins et s'est toujours assurée de notre confort. A recommander pour 4 personnes idéalement, 6 personnes max

Parfait

Appartement très propre, bien équipé et fonctionnelle . A 2 minutes à pied de la mer. Très proche des commerces. On peux tous faire à pied. Piscine sur le toit souvent inoccupé rien que pour nous. Propriétaire très agréable. Je vous le recommande. Nous étions un couple et 3 ados. Accès au parc waterworld avec bus gratuit à 3 minutes de l'appartement.

Very unfriendly host!

Sorry to say but I've never met such an unfriendly host though I've rented apartaments many times before. Communication with the host before our arrival was even pleasant but after we arrived everything changed.The flat is sittuated close to the beach Fenals and some shops but the windows going out to the noisy street so if you want to sleep you should close them and switch on the conditioner. Things in the apartment are rather cheap and overused and not in perfect condition as it was mentioned in the contract. On the first evening my mother sat down on a chair on the balcony and fell down on the floor, the chair somehow broke under her and she was injured. Lining as well was very old and one sheet was almost in holes so worn out it was. The apartment wasn't cheap and it's a pity I haven rented it!

Sehr gutes Apartment für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern

Geräumiges Apartment mit allem was man für einen Urlaub mit 3 Kindern braucht. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, jede Menge Einkaufs und Essensmöglichkeiten und in nur 4min Entfernung ein sehr lecker Croissant Bäcker (ich kann jetzt die daheim nicht mehr essen :-) ). Isabell macht alles problemlos möglich. Ganz wichtig. Riesige Tiefgarage wo sogar unser Bus incl. Dachbox reinpasste. 2,70 Höhe. Sehr cool. Also jederzeit gerne wieder. LG aus Dresden

Très content !!

Appartement très propre et calme, la plage est a 2 pas, la piscine sur le toit est largement suffisante car on y est souvent seul. La propriétaire est toujours disponible et très gentille, je la remercie pour cet appartement.

Execellent séjour

Nous étions un groupe de jeunes (en moyenne 20 ans) et nous y sommes restés pendant 10 jours. Rien a redire sur l'appartement, il était conforme a la description. C'est spacieux, on ne se marchait pas trop sur les pieds et tout le monde avait bien de la place. L'appartement se trouve a 2-3 minutes de la plage et a 10-15 min de lloret (belle côte pour y aller préparer ses poumons) donc pas dans le bruit de la ville mais pas trop loin non plus ! La piscine sur le toit n'est pas très grande n'y très profonde mais c'est amplement suffisant pour aller barboter ou se rafraichir et vu que la mer n'est pas loin ce n'est pas très dérangeant. Nous avions pris la place de parking ce qui nous a bien servi pour ne pas devoir tourner des heures en rond pour trouver de la place (surtout pendant la journée). L'emplacement était un peu petit, notre berline dépassait assez bien mais Isabelle nous a trouvé un autre emplacement plus loin dans le parking ou elle ne gênait plus. Je dirais que Fenals n'est pas vraiment l'endroit ou aller pour des jeunes comme nous car il faut toujours se déplacer jusque Lloret mais pour des familles ou autres personnes venues pour se reposer plutôt c'est parfait! Sinon sur l'appartement pas vraiment de critiques a donner si ce n'est que le Wifi nous a lâchés après 3 jours et que les voisins sont parfois un peu vite irrités. Pour le reste a recommander certainement !

Bon séjour

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. l'appart est au calme car situé à 10 minutes du centre-ville. La piscine super sympa nous étions souvent seuls pour en profiter. La plage à 100m en face de l'appart. Le linge draps et serviettes fournis top. Appartement bien équipé. Propriétaire sympa et disponible. Juste deux remarques, effectivement il coule un filet d'eau pour prendre une douche c'est léger et le matelat du clic clac dans le salon très fin. Je conseille sans souci cette location en plus climatisé

Very close to the beach

Good apartment! One bathroom, two bedrooms directly near each other, big kitchen, balcony, washing machine, TV, swimming pool for children on the roof (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.). You reach the beach Playa Fenals in just 2 minutes. To the city centre you need about 15 min. The floor was not clean as we arrived and there was no electric kettle, but on the whole the apartment is totally ok.

Bon séjour

L'appartement est conforme aux photos ! Nous étions 5 personnes et nous n'avons pas manqué de place. La locataire est gentille et malgrès notre niveau médiocre en espagnole, elle a fait ce qu'elle a pu pour nous donner le maximum d'information. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine, la lessive, le menage et la locataire prévois même des serviettes de toilette. Nous métions 2 min top chrono pour aller sur la plage qui est vraiment très belle. La piscine est également très propre mais l'eau est un peu froide. Pour faire les activités aux alentours de l'appartement tout est pratique car il y a des petits magasins partout et la gare de bus, le centre ville ainsi que water world sont à 20-25 min a pied. Les seuls points négatifs sont la pression de l'eau en ce qui concerne la douche ( un filet d'eau pas plus ) et le fait qu'il n'y ai pas de wifi ce qui est un peu domage. Nous avons passé un bon séjour et nous conseillons l'appartement sans problème.

Appartement très bien situé et agréable

L'appartement est très bien situé près de la plage de Fenals, côté calme de lloret de Mare, et dispose d'un accès proche des transports en commun pour se déplacer. L'appartement est bien équipé et très propre. l'immeuble est petit donc assez calme. La piscine sur le toit est idéale pour les enfants.Nous étions 6, 2 adultes et 4 enfants, c'était parfait. Isabel et son mari, les propriétaires, sont très sympathiques. Je conseille cette location.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, plage à 100 mètre très facile d'accès. Supermarchés et centre ville à proximité. Accès facile à de nombreuses boites de nuit disco. Très bonne idée d'avoir une piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble avec la vue sur les alentours. Une super semaine.

Bon accueil par les propr...

Bon accueil par les propriétaires très sympathiques. Appartement conforme aux descriptions, pratique et très bien situé (commerces à proximité et plage à 5mn à pied). Parking indispensable en saison. Nous le recommandons et serions prêts à y retourner.

Ideally located at 100m (2 min. Walk) from the beautiful beach of Fenals. In the center of Fenals neighborhood, very quiet with no discos, perfect area to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing family vacation.

What makes this property unique

The best of the apartment is its location, out into the street're in a new neighborhood, with streets and very spacious, quiet sidewalks, for long walks late in summer afternoons. In front of the beautiful beach of Fenals, typical Costa Brava beach with a pine forest that almost skim the sea water, thick, wide, quiet beach, and very friendly atmosphere. Away from the noisy discos and pubs, here the nights are very quiet to really enjoy the beach vacation.
Is also very rewarding great restaurants offering all types of cuisine, but mostly Mediterranean cuisine with stunning salads, paellas, seafood, grilled fish, meat, etc ... And yet so close to the center night city, just over 1 km.
