Villa of recent construction, in Cardedu, just 3 km from splendid beaches, on the east coast of Sardinia. The comfortable accommodation comprises: open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two singles) and bathroom with shower. Outside is a barbecue area, ideal for relaxed outdoor dining, plus car parking space. The property is fully equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay, including washing machine and television. Bed linen and towels can be provided at no extra cost, and included in the rental is a pass to a swimming pool which is just a few minutes drive away. An added bonus is the offer of 10% discount for a nearby hotel’s restaurant/pizzeria. The town centre is within walking distance and offers a good choice of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. Approx’ 15 km away is the larger town of Tortoli, with it’s associated port, Arbatax, which has good ferry services to other parts of Sardinia, and also the mainland including Rome and Genoa. The nearest airport is Cagliari, with daily flights from Luton with Easyjet, at approx’ 100 km.
