Gulf side 209

Condo was as pictured. Check in and out was super easy. We had a light that went out during our stay and was replaced within 24 hours. Communication was good. We had a cleaning issue discovered when we went to shower and go to bed that night. The cleaning crew did come out the next day and asked what I wanted clean but maybe should do more thorough cleaning in the future.

Loved the condo and resort. You could tell the condo was well used. It needed some paint,some new furniture, and a new area rug. Only complaint was how long the other people at the resort were at night in the hallway. With the bedroom being right there we were woken up several time from young kids screaming.

Genuinely could not have been any better! Clean, comfortable condo in a really cool complex. Loved the pool, lazy river, and hot tubs. The beach access was the best I've used. The check-in and checkout process was easy quick. Don't hesitate, book the trip!

Perfect Getaway for the Holiday!

We arrived at the beginning of our stay to a very clean condo with all the furnishings and kitchenware you could imagine. Providing the bed linens and towels was a plus as well as starter kits for all the bathrooms. On the second day, we had the internet/wi-fi become glitchy to a point where we weren’t able to watch TV, but I emailed Coastal and they got it fixed so quickly. They even sent a Cox Comm technician out and it was back up and running in no time. Thankful for the fast service. Overall, the vacation was great spending time with family and friends. Kids had a great time at the pools and ocean as well as going across to the arcade. Great host for a great stay! Would definitely stay again!

Gulfside 209 was the perfect location for our vacation! The condo was very clean and provided everything we needed (we especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella). It was within walking distance to the beach, pools, the lazy river, and several restaurants. We left the premises in our car only twice during the entire week. It was the perfect relaxing vacation, and we hope to return next year!

We chose May this year rather than September and what a difference. The weather was perfect. Our condo was nice. This is our 7th stay and 5th with Coastal Vibes caring for our arrangements. We immediately booked for next year! We tried a couple of restaurants this time and played some mini golf. Great vacation and love our friends at Cosdtal Vibes.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The amenities in the apartment was appropriate in some areas, but could have been better. It was really hard to figure out some of the switches for the lights in the bedroom and the remote to the ceiling fan did not work. Also the light in the living area did not turn off unless you turned the fan off. The overall space and the view was really nice. The chairs at the pool were very hard and uncomfortable. The lazy river side is absolutely wonderful-chairs are soft, music playing-loved it!

Our family rented multiple units and they were all great. Ours was as advertised. Kid friendly and in a great spot. Lots to do. Super clean and easy to access. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful place with lots of amenities!

My husband, son and I had the best week at Destin West Gulfside 209! The place was beautiful and offered so many amenities! This would be the perfect place if you had young kids. My son is grown now, but the three of us even loved the lazy river! My son also used the gym which was very nice! I loved sitting on the balcony late at night overlooking the beautiful pool and hearing the waves crash...SO PEACEFUL! Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The grounds and building were also very well maintained. Location was also a huge plus for us. We were able to walk the beach to the boardwalk or across the bridge over the road for dinner and also some go-cart fun at Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. I think the only time we got back in our vehicle was to take the short drive to Destin for lunch at McGuire's one day and lunch at Stewby's another day. There are many restaurant options within walking distance though if you didn't want to drive. We had groceries delivered right to our door and used the grill on the property to grill steaks one night. We could even hear the live music from The Island Tripp bar while outside grilling. It was a really fantastic family vacay! Can't wait to come back!

Great Condo!

We had a great time at Gulfside 209! We had a few hiccups when we got there but through trial and error they were able to fix things in a timely manner! Their maintenance man was awesome! Gave us great suggestions on things to do in the area and was just a nice guy to talk to! The light switches in the master bedroom are kind of confusing but the wiring in big buildings like this are typically not perfect. So once we got used to it we were able to figure it all out. The pools were great! And having beach service included is a HUGE plus! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great condo and location

G209 was a great condo for a family getaway. We spent most of our time at the beach and having the umbrella and chairs provided daily was great; get there early to reserve front row. The pool and lazy river were awesome. With the boardwalk being about a 5 minute walk, we only had to leave the resort a couple times all week. Another bonus is linens and bath towels are provided which always is not the case. The kitchen had all of the necessary items we needed and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. We definitely plan to come back!

Wonderful stay

We were extremely pleased with the amenities both in the unit, and at Destin West. The condo was very tastefully decorated, was very well stocked with everything we needed. We had great balcony views of the Gulf, and the beautiful pool area. Coastal Vibe was so easy to work with, and ensured a relaxing stay for our trip (so much so, we extended our vacation). The beach access was great, as was the chair/umbrella service.
