At the port of Hyéres, 500m from the beaches, in a residence composed of semi-detached houses, apartment has a calm and RdeC 1 southwest-facing floor with a private car park in front. In the morning you will take your breakfast in the garden 20m2, accompanied by the sound of cicadas, until sunset. The nearby shops facilitate your purchases and allow you to make the most of the beaches and water activities. On Sunday morning we should miss a visit to the Provencal market at 100m where you buy fruit and vegetable producers. You will make cycling, walking or swimming in the clear waters of the Islands of Porquerolles, Levant Porcros or taking the boat for the day on the Port or the tip of the Giens Peninsula. An exit to the port in the mild evening will make you a good night; for large and small an amusement park welcomes you in the evening.

Appartement au port de Hyères

Logement très agréable à 5 min à pied du port de Hyères. Il est bien équipé, calme, et la terrasse n'a pas de vis à vis. Il y a même quelques livres et jeux de société dans un placard, utile par temps gris ! La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et elle est très disponible en cas de problème.

Très bon séjour

Très bien situé au calme et pour ceux qui aiment marcher il y a de quoi faire sans faire des km

Gite dans une propriété au calme. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin .ne pas oublier les allumettes pour la plaque de gaz car il en restait plus qu une . Mais il y a une supérette à côté. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

C’était très bien

C’était très bien. La propriétaire est très agréable et la communication est facile. Pour l’emplacement, on n’aurait pas pu être plus prêt de l’endroit où l’on voulait être.

Maison parfaite pour de merveilleuses vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette charmante maison. La maison est vraiment bien équipée et vous avez beaucoup d'espace avec les 2 étages, jardin calme et parking privé. Nous étions ici avec notre bébé de 8 mois pour qui c'était également parfait. L'emplacement est également très agréable et proche de belles plages.

Great host, flexible accomodation

Good apartment is a nice location near to sailing club and Hyeres port restaurants / marina. Flexible accomodation with multiple bed options. Fantastic owner who was very easy to deal with, lots of information and took time to help us with late night arrivals. Clean and tidy. We stayed 3 times in Sept/Oct 2019. Will book again for sailing in Hyeres.

Great location, comfortable

This is a very nice apartment in a great location. There is plenty of room and it is very clean. Communication with the owner was always very quick, so we felt very confident with our rental. A big plus is the guaranteed parking within the gate. During events and high season, finding parking near the port can be difficult. It was a nice visit. We would stay again. Gisele and Karim

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans le logement de Mme Castagna. La maison est située dans une résidence calme et sécurisée a quelques mètres a pied du port et de nombreux commerces (boulangerie, superette etc). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'arriver dans un logement propre, spacieux (80m2) et fonctionnel. La terasse est entourée de pins et dispose d'un store, parfait pour manger dehors. Mme Castagna s'est montrée arrangeante pour notre arrivée en pleine semaine et disponible malgré ses journées de travail. Tout était parfait . Nous recommandons a 100 %.

Posizione eccellente per una bella casa

Siamo stati 2 settimane in questa bella casa. Una posizione perfetta con parcheggio praticamente in casa.il porto è vicinissimo ed è piacevole passeggiarci la sera. La padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Pur avendo fatto molto caldo si stava bene soprattutto la sera nel giardinetto. Se tornerò a Hyeres sarà sicuramente in questa casa! Unico piccolo fastidio le zanzare...con con un po’ di repellenti tutto si sistema.

Très bon séjour

Je recommande cette location, cadre très calme, location spacieuse. La propriétaire est très accueillante, et le petit geste de bienvenue est très appréciable. Si vous souhaitez passer un bon séjour sans utiliser votre voiture, qui sera sur sa place privative, allez y vite, car tout est à quelques minutes de marche (Boulangerie, boutique, restau, plage, port...).

Appartement très agréable et confortable nous étions une famille de 4 Petite terrasse bien appréciable ombragée naturellement avec Pins parasol! Logement spacieux, bien équipé, un peu sombre en avril mais sûrement très ombragé en été. Proximité du port et des commodités très appréciée. Attention aux moustiques. Propriétaire très sympathique.

Appartement vaste et agréable conforme à l'annonce

L'appartement est conformé à la description de l'annonce. Il est situé tout proche du port de Hyeres avec ses restaurants et commerces de proximité et la possibilité de prendre le bateau pour l'île de Port-Cros. L'île de Porquerolles est accessible en bateau directement avec des zodiacs ou en bateau depuis la presqu'île de Giens à 6 km. Les premières plages sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. J'ai eu un très bon contact avec la propriétaire. L'appartement est propre, bien agencé et équipé. Parking privé directement devant l'entrée de l'appartement et possibilité de mettre des vélos à l'intérieur ou sur la terrasse. La terrasse est vaste et agréable. Elle est toutefois parasitée par de nombreux moustiques très ...' Attachants'. Je recommande donc cette location dans laquelle je reviendrai car j'apprécie beaucoup Hyeres.

très bonne adresse

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette location, très bien aménagée par la propriétaire. Il y a absolument tout le nécessaire, même le fer à repasser ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et nous remercions Mme Castagna pour le petit présent à l'arrivée. La situation géographique est idéale, la plage de sable fin est très proche, un petit super-marché à côté, tous les commerces et restaurants à proximité, et tout cela, sans bruit. C'est très appréciable ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et la terrasse est bien ombragée, ce qui est très appréciable dans cette région où les températures peuvent être très élevées. La proximité des voisins n'est pas gênante; il est facile de vivre ensemble en bonne intelligence. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir, sans hésiter !

2 eme sejour réussi

2 ème année à la même époque. Nous sommes revenus car satisfaits l'année passée. Situation idéale, proche du port, mais à l'abri du bruit des restaurants et des bars !!!!! très spacieux et petite terrasse au calme très appréciable. Voiture garée juste devant la porte, très pratique. Nous reviendrons !!!!

Appartement en bord de mer

L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. La terrasse sous les pins est très agréable. L'inconvénient c'est que les 2 chambres et la salle de bains sont à l'étage. La salle de bains est équipée d'une baignoire avec une douchette. Il n'y a pas de cabine de douche et de toilettes à l'étage. La place de parking à proximité est très appréciable. Les plages de sable fin sont à proximité. On peut s'y rendre à pied. La région de HYERES est magnifique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

La impressione generale e' stata ottima.
