Almost , but far from it, heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four bedroom house was old. The furniture and appliances were worn out. It was comfortable and very clean, but needs to be updated.

Not almost heaven

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was extremely musty. After we got home, I had to wash everything we owned and treat it with vinegar and Febreze and still the smell lingers. The carpet was dirty and the cupboards were full of the owners belongings including rusty pans. The realty company did bring a new baking pan.

Perfect location, musty smell and needs cleaned

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect location and a great, large space with tons of room. However, as soon as you enter the property, the smell of musty air hits you in the face. After you get home, you realize that your coats and shoes smell like must for weeks after your stay. The carpet needs taken out or professionally cleaned. Very stained. Invest in a dehumidifier for use when the house is not rented.

Great Location and Very Affordable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a very easy and relaxed experience. Easy access to the property and the stuff we rented was waiting for us when we got there. The house is very dated, but worked great and had plenty of room.
