Fabulous Villa with private swimming pool of 25 x10 m

Contracting conditions:
The reservation requirements for this Villa are:

July and August is only available for 7 consecutive days (one week), entering on Saturdays after 4:00 p.m., and leaving the villa before 11:00 a.m.

The rest of the year the minimum reservation is 3 days, entering and leaving the villa at the same times.

Reservations or stays for groups of young people in which there are young people under 25 years of age are not allowed, unless there is a person in charge of the group over 27 years of age.

Pets are not allowed.During the stay in the villa, an employee of the property will work in maintenance and garden work, having its annexed dependencies within the villa.

What a wonderful place

Our Company had the most wonderful time at villa Maricel. Fantastic location, amazing view, well equipped house and the nicest host, Jaume. We will definitely come back.

Birthday celebrations with family and friends

What an amazing villa with great views. Many bars and restaurants nearby. Villa has plenty of space especially with large numbers. Lots to do nearby if required,but could just stay by the pool.A car is not required.

The host Jaume was superb. He went above and beyond to help us with a medical emergency and generally helped make our stay enjoyable. The property is very comfortable and well equipped with a large swimming pool and spacious enough to accommodate an extended family. Its location high on the hillside affords beautiful views all round and it is but a short steep walk into the village itself and down to the local beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend the property for family gatherings

Great Villa

Fantastic views, exceptional concierge service, great bbq/bar area with plenty of space for our group of 19 adults and 3 children. Juame (property manager) was amazing. He even ordered and delivered paella for us on our last night. The kitchen and bathrooms were dated but that was a small price to pay for all the positives. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

I booked for 14 people and everyone was over the moon with the villa. I was aware we were a slightly younger group to what they were used to but provided we respected the rules of the house, everything went really well. We had a fantastic time. One of the bathrooms was a little bit mouldy so I knocked one star off cleanliness for that, but otherwise couldn't fault the place. It had everything we needed and wanted. Thank you for a fantastic stay

Villa Maricel

Superb property with excellent amenities. Pool was great, very well equipped and very comfortable. Two downsides. Big hill on way back from town/beach. Ok for younger members of the group but a struggle for oldies. Lack of aircon in bedrooms was tough in 35 degree heat. Overall though an excellent venue.

Great family & friends retreat

This villa was the right place to spend a nice long weekend with those you love. Well located, amazing views, and with room for a big group like us. We will repeat next year!

Great accommodation for large family group

This villa was perfect for our large family gathering and with Jaume, who was very relaxed about everything, close at hand to answer all questions everything went smoothly. I guess one criticism would be that it was not possible to sit everyone down in one place for a meal but we managed. The location is quiet and the views are wonderful. There is a steep but fairly short (15 min) walk into town where the bars and restaurants are. But to be honest we found it to be easier (and certainly cheaper) to cater for ourselves. (Although we did have some great pizzas delivered one night). Would happily return if the occasion arises.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande villa avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Très bien conçue pour accueillir une grande famille ( nous étions 16), proche de la ville et de la mer. Un enchantement !

Super Haus für eine Klassenfahrt

Das Haus mit Pool und verschiedenen Gemeinschaftsbereichen drinnen und draussen lädt zum Verweilen ein und eignet sich sehr gut für eine Klassenfahrt. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

Un excellent séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien équipée. L’emplacement est son plus gros atout, ainsi que sa vue mer depuis la terrasse et la grande piscine. Villa conforme au descriptif. Un excellent accueil de la part de Jaume qui a su être à notre disposition dès que nous avions besoin de lui. A recommander.

Perfect for big family gathering

The perfect location and size for a big family gathering! We came from all across the world to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was amazing! Lots of rooms, beds, towels and amenities. The only “issue” is that it’s a bit dated, and not as luxurious as expected- the kitchen is old, the sofa and patio furniture were not comfortable at all. Some toilets were leaking. With small cosmetic changes it will be AMAZING. (And maybe out of our budget:)

Zeer fijn verblijf gehad. Ook de beheerder was zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Alleen jammer dat we de beheerder niet konden bereiken bij het inchecken en daardoor een kwartier voor de poort hebben moeten wachten.

Muy linda casa, tiene el tamaño ideal para mucha gente y la posibilidad de que cada uno haga sus actividades o bien juntarse todos. A pocas cuadras de la vía ferrata de la cala del molí (recomiendo) Atención excepcional en el check in, check out, y durante la estadia.
