Lovely apartment
Great apartment, had everything you would need, beach on doorstep, lovely pool but restrictions open 11-9 closed 3.30-5 so no early or late swim. Not very welcoming to us brits so maybe only Spanish should stay there . Nice area within 30 min walk of everything and if you want to do tourist stuff less than 10 euro by taxi.
Only suggestion I would give is for there to be a little info in the apartment, luckily we had a great taxi driver from the airport so used him for everything otherwise would have struggled

Lugar excepcional. Cuidado al detalle y especialmente limpio y ordeando. Gran terraza que permite hacer vida en ella en todo momento pese al calor de la zona. Piscina y urbanización muy cuidada y de ambiente muy agradable y familiar. Con acceso directo a la playa. De piedritas, eso si. Con cierto oleaje para que los niños jueguen. Hay un chiringuito al lado y un restaurante muy bueno. Dando un paseito hay más locales. A 10 minutos andando del puerto.Sitio muy tranquilo, de paseitos por el paseo frente al mar.

Relajación
Estuvimos muy a gusto en el apartamento, la terraza nos sorprendió ya que es más grande que como aparece en las fotos y el lugar es muy tranquilo en comparación con otros sitios de Roquetas. También menciono la piscina frente a la playa, el agua estaba limpia, es grande y cierra a las 22h. Si que es cierto que el sofá cama es un poco incómodo y la cocina necesitaría nuevos electrodomésticos. Excepto esto último, la estancia es de 10.

Très beau logement - A recommander
Emplacement exceptionnel au pied de la plage. Espace sécurisé et commodités d'accès. Logement propre, très bien équipé, spacieux et doté d'une belle terrasse. Le ballon d'eau chaude est tombé en panne : intervention pour identifier la panne sous 15 mn, remplacement le lendemain. Rien à redire. Parfait.

Wie waren 23 Nächte in der Wohnung mit 2 kleinen Kindern und haben es sehr genossen.
Direkter Strandzugang, Pool, Lage zu diversen Tapas Bars, Supermärkten etc fußläufig.
Die Wohnung hat unserer Erwartung übertroffen. Die Spülmaschine ist integriert (entgegen der aktuellen Fotos).
Ausstattung top, Kontakt super
Es fühlte sich sehr schnell wie "nach Hause kommen" an.
Absolute Empfehlung für alle Altersgruppen und Familienstrukturen (mit und ohne Kinder :))

Experiencia excepcional
Un apartamento bonito y acogedor, muy limpio. La terraza con vistas al mar y amplia. La playa esta justo en frente, con salida desde la propia urbanización. Con acceso a garaje. Hemos quedado encantados con la experiencia, sin duda volveremos. Muchas gracias a Asier por alquilarnoslo y a Ana, que nos recibió a nuestra llegada.

El apartamento está muy bien situado, en primera línea de playa, el aire por conductos nos ha venido muy bien. La terraza muy amplia y las habitaciones también, nos han entrado las cunas de viaje de los peques sin problema. La piscina está genial. Y la atención de los dueños ha sido muy buena. La zona es muy tranquila pero dando un paseo corto tienes toda la zona de restaurantes. Sin duda un acierto. Gracias

Belle semaine à Roquetas de mar
L' appartement est très bien situé avec tout le confort pour passer une belle semaine. Grande piscine et tout proche de la plage. Magnifique vue sur mer. Place de parking attribuée en sous sol ce qui est pratique.

Excelente apartamento y ubicación
El apartamento está dentro de una urbanización con una piscina espectacular, acceso directo a la playa y con una terraza que no tiene desperdicio. Hay un Mercadona a unos 6-8 minutos andando con muchos bares/restaurantes en la misma zona. También hay un par de centros comerciales a menos de 10 minutos en coche. Todo un acierto haber reservado este apartamento. Repetiría.

Heerlijk appartement
Wij verbleven daar in januari en februari 2020. Het appartement ligt op de 1e etage met een balkon op het zuiden, ook in de wintermaanden de hele dag zon. Keuken is compleet ingericht, ruime woonkamer. Wat meer sfeerverlichting hier zou het verblijf nog aangenamer maken. De website geeft alles juist weer. Ligging is erg fijn, pal aan de kust, maar ook dicht bij winkels en de Grand Plaza, een groot overdekt winkelcentrum. Donderdags is marktdag, tegenover de Grand Plaza. Verhuurder is goed bereikbaar via e-mail en Whatsapp. Let wel op de Andalusische feestdagen, want dan zijn alle winkels, incl. de supermarkten, gesloten.
Al met al een bijzonder geslaagd verblijf, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Amazing apartment near the beach
We were able to stay here for a month and and so happy it was here in this apartment. It was a nice size and had a nice kitchen space. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. A few minutes walk to the beach or pool! We hope to stay here again when we come back. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

strandnahe schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, das Hotel störte nicht im geringsten. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG mit Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Einrichtung ist zwekmässig . In jedem Schlafraum ein Schrnk mit genügend Bügeln. Eine sehr schöne Terasse , welche Gott sei Dank verglast ist, da der Wind am Abend recht kühl war.
Der check in war problemlos, leider sprach die Zugehdame null englisch.
Die Küche ist leider ohne Wasserkocher und ohne Salatschälchen und ohne Müslischalen eingerichtet, allerdings konnten wir Wasser dann im Topf kochen und tiefe Teller verwenden. Sonst war nichts fehlend.
Die Umgebung ist ruhig, endlose Prmenade, Lokale alle in 10-15 min zu erreichen zu Fuß, der Hafen ebenfalls.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung zu 100 % weiter empfehlen
