Located in the heart of Les Arcs 1800, at the foot of the slopes, our penthouse apartment has a large terrace of 40 sqm facing west (overlooking the Tarentaise), but also a 15 sqm terrace is exposed (views of Mont Blanc) side rooms.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms and a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. As an extension, you find a living room with 2 sofas for Tarentaise. You will love its warm decor and cozy.

Very close to shops and slopes (150m radius) the apartment has a private entrance. Set on 100 sqm, it is perfect for 8 people.

These 2 terraces are often snowy and children are delighted to play (snowman snowball ...). Weather permitting, you can have lunch with a table and folding chairs.

Enjoy these two terraces to relax, TV, hi-fi and sauna.

The apartment has an entrance allowing to store skis, boots, anoraks ...
We provide linen, duvets and towels and we will pay to the starting household.

Spacious apartment for 8 people, excellent location right at the shops, minutes walk from the snow front. We were able to cook for us all every day, the dining table was big enough for us all, there were comfy couches in a separate sitting area, and the balcony was amazing (we had so much snow that we didn't have a view, but the kids could play in the snow on the balcony!). Having 3 bathrooms was great. Communication with the owner was very well!

Right in the center of Arc 1800

We were 2 families sharing the appartment. There were space for everybody and the most wonderful views of the mountains. If there is enough snow there is ski in/out and all the shops are within walking distance. We would love to come back. Also Yves is a great host, very considered.

Apartment is in an excellent location for access to slopes, shops and restaurants/cafes in 1800.Lounge might be a bit small for 8 people (our party much smaller so not an issue). Otherwise apartment is very comfortable. Alpissime (agent in resort) were very helpful.For first time visitors to Les Arcs, if driving, access to village/car parking is a bit confusing and information was hard to get on line. More information in advance would be helpful.

Great apartment and perfect location

Yves's apartment and location were perfect for our group family ski trip (4 adults and 3 teens). The apartment is well equipped and spacious so everyone had their space, the location is very central - close to the bakery for breakfast, the supermarket and restaurants from dinner, and a short walk to ski hire and most importantly, the piste (so close that it was perfect to come back to for lunch). Yves's was very responsive to any questions we had, and the Alpissime team are next door to the apartment if you have any urgent needs/questions. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was very well positioned with regards to slopes, shops/bars etc and car park. Was comfortable for 6 adults, nice seating area with comfy sofas and enough bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen was a bit small if you want to cook which we did on 5 nights but once we got organised it was fine. Host kept in touch and made sure we were ok. A few light bulbs had gone but nothing that caused any problems. Were very lucky with weather!

Appartement pour 8 au cœur de la station, très proche des commerces et restaurants. Belle vue, conforme à l'annonce. Les trois salles de bain et trois toilettes sont très appréciables ! Une des 4 chambres est un peu petite pour des adultes, ainsi que le coin cuisine et l'entrée-placard à ski.Prévoir autour de 100 pour stationner à Arc 1800, dans ou hors des parkings.

Laut E-Mail vom Eigentümer sollte ich mich um nichts mehr kümmern und die Agentur auf mich zukommen, dass es nicht passiert was dazu geführt hat, dass man uns zunächst keine Bettwäsche geben wollte. Der Besitzer hat dieses Problem klären können. Hier gab es wohl Kommunikationsprobleme zwischen dem Besitzer und der Agentur.

Nous avons passé un séjour super agréable aux Arcs. Le logement est très bien situé, littéralement à deux pas des commerces, restaurants, etc. et à quelques minutes des pistes de ski. Le logement est bien entretenu et les terrasses sont veaiment magnifiques. Le contact avec le propriétaire était excellent. A recommander.
