Brian, We sincerely apologize that you endured issues with internet connectivity throughout your stay. We tried our best to resolve all the issues brought to our attention, but we needed to get a third-party vendor involved to swap out the modem. We do apologize that the earliest appointment we could schedule was for Monday which was unfortunately after your departure. We do apologize that we were unable to have this fixed as hoped in a timely manner. Per the signed rental agreement, states that we do not compensate for any third-party-provided cable/internet as we cannot guarantee its connectivity or service. We hope you can grant us another chance to provide you with a better stay! Kind Regards, Benchmark Management
