Bien mais trop cher pour les prestations

Les rapports avec le propriétaires ont été excellent, les explications pour l'accès parfaitement claires . La situation géographique est parfaite mais l'accès rend une voiture obligatoire . Le ménage à l'arrivé n'était pas parfait ... Le prix est celui d'une location 3 étoiles pour des prestations 2 étoiles . J'ai loué exactement à la même période l'an dernier au même endroit , une villa avec piscine pour exactement le même prix ; il y avait la climatisation dans les chambres , une bonne literie, des salles de bains modernes, un entretien de la piscine (pas le cas ici pour tout çà ) , nous avons passé des nuits très difficiles avec la chaleur d'autant que la literie n'est pas "haut de gamme" , matelas très mous , oreillers affreux , et des alèses en plastiques sur les matelas ... Je n'aurai rien eu à redire si j'avais payé 30% de moins .

Fantastic Holidays

We had a wonderful holiday in this villa where we really felt at home. We were two couples with four kids. The house is in a quiet location within an easy drive to Cannes, beaches, the Esterel, walks and sport opportunities. Our children loved the swimming pool and we appreciated having a direct look upon the pool from the house. The bedrooms were all comfortable and the living space perfect for family life. I thoroughly recommend this holiday villa.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons été ravis de ce séjour sur la Côte d'Azur. La maison, très calme avec une magnifique vue mer, était le cadre parfait pour des vacances bien reposantes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié toutes les activités qu'il y avait à faire autour, ainsi que la grande piscine, que nous utilisions très fréquemment, pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants. Merci pour ce superbe séjour !

"The Villa was very nice ...

"The Villa was very nice and very comfortable. Inside the villa was plenty of room for all of us(4 adults and 4 children)and the beds,bathroom and kitchen were good. It''s a nice place to stay and we enjoyed very much the nice swimmingpool. We love the great view on the hills and the sea. The Villa is situated in a quiet area and after a busy day at the beach or at the several nice places like Nice, Monaco and St Maxime this was very nice for us. We surely want to go more often to La Roquette."
