Ideally located, Roscoff Brittany .Maison road in a quiet area within 70m of a white sandy beach, facing the island of Batz. This newly renovated house offers a charming stopover in Leonard country. For more comfort the wifi is free to you. For athletes, it is noted that the GR 34 passes close to the rental and is easily accessible. In addition, to have a privileged access to the sea, our house is close to shops (less than one km from the town, the supermarket, ...) and offers you all comfort for a great holiday .dropoff window 'dropoff Window

Perfect for exploring the coastline of north Brittany

Cottage situated a stones throw from a long sandy beach, very clean, well decorated and equipped. Owners friendly and helpful. Shopping for groceries was only 3-4 km but village has a very good little supermarket and excellent bakery. We very much enjoyed our stay in this delightful cottage

We all enjoyed our stay in Santec. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and were greeted by Christine and her husband. The beach is close by and beautiful. Christine was kind enough to help us when our son left his bag there.

Just a break at a wonderful place.

It was just a wonderful time in a cozy home. The town (Santec) is a perfect starting point for discovery tours on the north and west coast of Brittany. We really enjoyed the time. Many thanks to Christine and Alexandre. Kind regards Josefine and Michael.

Special Finistère pet-friendly escape

Owners were very welcoming to their beautifully presented house just 100m from one of Santec's charming beaches. Fenced garden, great for our little dog. Any questions we had were quickly attended to. Comfortable, tastefully decorted house with every possible comfort and kitchen appliance and utensil. WiFi was sadly intermittent but all else was good.

Wir waren drei Wochen zu Zweit im Winter in dem entzückenden Haus in Santec und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit Christine war super und wir schätzen es sehr, wenn die Übergabe persönlich stattfindet, man noch Fragen beantwortet bekommt und Tips für die Umgebung. Das Meer ist wirklich gleich ums Eck ohne laut zu sein, beim Nachbarn bekommt man frisches Gemüse, die Bäckerei im Ort hat die besten Croissants und St.Pol und Roscoff ist nicht weit für weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind von hier aus einfach und vielfältig - oder man spaziert einfach am Strand entlang und läßt die Seele baumeln. Die Küche im Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad ganz neu mit toller Dusche. Wer in der kalten Jahreszeit kommt, sollte daran denken, daß die Heizkosten dazu kommen. Wir haben für drei Wochen knapp 200,- an Strom bezahlt und ca. 120,- für Holz aus dem Supermarkt.Wir können es weiterempfehlen !

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt in Santec. Das Haus ist gemütlich und bestens eingerichtet. Familie Bothorel ist immer zu erreichen und hat wieder schöne Ausflüge vorgeschlagen. Der Strand ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu erreichen und ist bei Ebbe und Flut einfach wunderbar. Wer gerne wandert ist ebenfalls gut aufgehoben, da der GR 34 quasi vor der Tür vorbeigeht.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Tage

Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung mit bretonischen Apfelsaft haben wir die 14 Tage in diesem komplett ausgestattetem und charmanten Haus genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Strandbesuche und Ausflüge in die schöne Umgebung. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

Tolles Ferienhaus in super Lage

Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in der Bretagne in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen. Auch für unseren Hund war der umzäunte Garten toll. Von den Vermietern wurden wir super empfangen und haben viele tolle Tipps bekommen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zum Strand, der in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires avec une petite attention. Gîte très confortable (literies au top), propre et décor soigné. Conseils et propositions des propriétaires. Bord de mer juste à côté. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable.

Vacances à Santec

Dans la jolie maison de Santec, nous avons trouvé exactement ce qui était décrit en ligne. Une maison de caractère très bien aménagée et confortable. Grâce entre autres aux bons conseils des hôtes, nous avons pu découvrir le beau Finistère. La situation proche de la mer est formidable et nous avons également apprécié le jardin. De vraies vacances....
